Todays the day I thought happily today's the day I'll propose to Shynia
Yes I know it's pretty quick but I can't think of anything more then marrying the love of my life and that's her and besides I've already got the blessing
I laughed thinking about it

I could feel my nerves skyrocketing as I pulled up to shynias parents house thank god id saved it in my gps.
I parked my car and got not before checking myself in the mirror to make sure I looked perfect today was a big day.
Smiling I knocked on there door waiting for it to be opened
"If your a bill collected you can take you greedy ass back to the car you came in"called someone from the other side of the door
"It's me ms.rogers David"I called back and the door instantly opened
"Phew chiled I thought you were one of greedy bill collectors lord knows I ain't paid my bill in a while" she laughed "come in come in" she gestured me inside "earls in the living room watching that stupid football game I'll get you some lemonade"
Nodding my head I walked into the living room
"Hello mister Rogers"I greeted sitting down on the spare love seat
"What I tell you bout that mister Rogers shit it's earl boy"he snapped never his taking his eyes off the tv
"Earl stop that yelling you gone ruin the lil bit of throat you got left" said miss Rogers sitting down a cup of lemonade in front of me "now tell us why you wanted to talk to us baby"
Taking a s of the lemonade I cleared my throat "as you know me and shynias two year anniversary is coming up"
"Yes and we're all very excited" she said and earl nodded his head
"Yes well I've come here to ask if I could get your blessing-
"Yes"miss Rogers screamed cutting me off "hell yes"
"Quiet down girl and let the man finish his damn sentence"earl scowled "now go on boy"
I laughed "to marry your daughter"
Earl turned to miss Rogers "now you can scream"
"HELL YES" she yelled once again jumping up and hugging me
"Sir?" I asked earl twisting my head in his direction
"Your heard the women boy"he smiled and shook my hand
"I have the ring here if you guys wanna see it" I told them reaching into my back pocket
"Boy if you don't whip that shit out" miss Rogers yelled making laugh
I pulled it out and opened it
"God damn" this time it was earl who swore
"Yea she's definitely going to say yes"said miss Rogers and I smiled nodding.
