"Wake the fuck up." I said shaking Gio. To say I was pissed off was an understatement. I was livid at the decision my son made but to be honest I was more mad at me and Saint for not guiding him in the right directions and teaching him. This shit felt like deja vu.
"Hurry the fuck up." I said getting annoyed as he stretched. "You got a meeting with my lawyer." I said as he looked at me. "For what?" He said as I shook my head. "Bring your dumbass down in the car. You have 5 minutes." I said before leaving his room.
Making my way down the hallway I stopped in Gia's room and saw she was still sleeping. I definitely didn't mean to yell at her like that last night. Closing the door behind me I walked to Dior's room and saw her and Saint was still sleep. Saint another one I didn't mean to spaz out on. I couldn't just blame her for the way our kids turned out. I'm to blame to I allowed the same bullshit to happen to.
I just wish he ain't lie about little dumb shit. Saint and I never gave the kids a reason to lie. But fuck all that. Acting like they friends was out the fucking window. It was dead for that shit and Saint is going to have to get on the same page as me too. Closing Dior's room door I jogged down the stairs grabbing the keys to my BMW X6.
Starting the car Gio came opening the passenger door. "Why are we going to the lawyer?" He asked again as I waited for the gates to open to pull out.
"Cause I could already tell your babymother is going to try so snake shit." I said as I merged onto the highway.
"I'm sorry."Gio said as I quickly looked over at him. "You could stop that cry baby bullshit I ain't ya moms. And you only sorry cause your dumbass got caught." I said as I leaned forward pressing the gas swerving through the cars.
"So now you trying to kill me." He said as I sucked my teeth. "Pussy." I mumbled slowing down. "Easton tougher than you." I said chuckling as Gio shrugged his shoulders.
Where the fuck did I go wrong. Sighing I pulled into a parking spot turning the car off. "Joseph Pacter here?" I asked the lady at the desk as she stared at me with googley eyes nodding her head. "Tell him East is here." I said as she picked up the phone putting it to her ear and moments later Joey came walking out his office.
"G! Man long time" Joey said as he stepped to the side for me and Gio to walk in his office. "Damn man it's really been that long? He wasn't even born last time I got you out." He said looking at Gio.
"I know crazy." I said as I sat down. "So what brought you in?" He asked as I sighed. "Dumbass got a girl pregnant. She posted it all over the internet slandering him and one of his friends." I explained.
"That's great. Defamation of character suit, paternity test will be ordered and if you want we could get full custody if the kids come out his." He said as I nodded my head.
"Oh and he's going to get emancipated and I need a private eye on shawty." I said. "What!" Gio said as I looked at him. "Your kicking me out?" He asked and I just ignored him.
"You sure?" Procter asked and I nodded my head yes. "She seems like a money hungry girl. She's not about to get any of my money. So he's going to get emancipated. Child support not coming for me." I said shrugging my shoulders.
"Okay we can do that. Will need moms signature too." Joey said as I nodded my head. Saint was going to be mad but this is what the fuck going to have to happen. "And I'm going to need the girls information." He said as I looked over at Gio. "Give it to him." I said as he huffed.

"Now where are we going?" Gio asked as we got back in the car. "Your taking your ass to school." I said as he sighed. "Are you serious?" He asked and I nodded my head. I don't know what he thought this was. The possibility of being a father should make him want to go to school and get his diploma.
"Can I just miss this one day." He asked and I shook my head no. "I don't even have my bookbag." He said. "Borrow pens and paper from someone." I said as we pulled up to the school lot. Looking around I noticed Gia getting out her car with Skai. Honking the horn I signaled for her to come over.
"Get out." I said to Gio as Gis approach the car window on my side. "I'm sorry about last night." I said and she nodded her head not looking at me. "Seriously Gigi. I was mad at your brother and took my anger out on the wrong person." I said soften up. It broke my heart to know that my daughter was terrified of me at the moment. Gia was my favorite. Of course i wouldn't say that out loud but she definitely was. She was my first born and reminded me of myself. The peace maker of the group, keep to herself, hang with a small group of people.
"I know. I just feel bad for Gio and Rain." She said as I shook my head. "Aye don't go around mopping because of your brothers dumb decision. What's done is done that's on him. You can be a good friend and go check on Rain make sure she straight." I said as she nodded her head.
"I know daddy. Love you." She said as I smiled. "Love you too. Check your account I cash app you a band early this morning." I told her as she pulled her phone out. "Thank you." She said before walking away as I pulled off.
