Science 1.7

I had already got my stuff for science before ELA, to prevent going back to my locker. I waved goodbye to Lucio as he walked down the hall with his friends. I walked up to my science class. I set my bag down under the seat and grabbed my journal from my bag. To my surprise Muriel entered the class, alone. Most likely Asra wasn't in this class. Muriel saw me and nodded his head in my direction. He sat in the farthest back corner in the class. I gathered my stuff and strolled over to him. I plopped down in the desk next to him. Muriel gave me a confused glance. I smiled back and opened my mouth to say something but then the teacher came in.

"I'll talk to you after the teacher tells us what to do." I said and winked, his blush was redder than a tomato.

The teacher said that we had to go to the front of the class and get the worksheet, and after that we had free time. The worksheet took me 5 minutes and took Muriel 10.

"How did you finish it so fast?" Muriel questioned me.

"We already covered this topic in my old school." I said smoothly. He nodded.

"So what did you want to tell me?" he asked curiously.

"Sorry, I ruined your plans of being alone but you're kinda stuck with me now." I said.

"Well, that's fine, sometimes it gets a little too lonely." Muriel said, a flash of pain in his eyes. As soon as it was there the pain flashed away. I told Muriel about somethings Asra said and we discussed how odd but funny Asra is. At one point I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair and Muriel caught me with one hand. I hadn't noticed before but Muriel was buff. Like he-should-be-a-body-builder type of buff.

"Thanks," I said after Muriel caught me, I probably looked like a tomato. I was blushing so much. He snickered.

"You are welcome," Muriel said formally and turned away, pink tinting his cheeks. I offered a warm smile and the bell rang. I got up and waved goodbye. I guess he ignored me or he didn't notice but he didn't wave back.
