After watching about 15 minutes of television, there's a soft knock on the door. Grayson stands and Stefan shifts his position to where he was now laying against you. Grayson walks up to the door, looking through the peep hole. He huffs and looks at you.

"You ready for this?"he questions.

You huff and hug Stefan closer to you.

"Ready"

Grayson opens the door and his twin brother bursts into the house, holding his 5 year old on his hip.

"WHERE! IS! MY! NEPHEW!"Ethan yells, making Stefan chuckle.

Ethan sets little Nate down on his feet and then stands straight with his hands on his hips.

"I sure hope we find him! Uncle Ethan might just have a gift for him"Ethan shrugs.

Stefan shoots to his feet instantly.

"Here I am! I'm here!"Ethan is taken aback by Stefan's accent.

"Well look at you!"Ethan says excitedly.

"Daddy, why does he look like you?"Stefan asks as he jumps off the couch and into Grayson's arms.

"Cause were twins buddy"Grayson chuckles.

Stefan hops down and walks over to Ethan. Ethan smiles as he kneels down, digging into his bag. Stefan jumps excitedly as Ethan pulls out a neatly wrapped box and hands it to him. You and Grayson chuckle as Stefan tears excitedly into the package.

"Wow! A Nintendo switch! Look mummy!"Stefan says excitedly.

You laugh at his excitement as he jumps up to show Grayson. Stefan then hugs Ethan, thanking him loudly.

"Nate helped pick it out"Ethan says as Nate smiles to him.

"Thank you Nate!"Stefan says.

Nate smiles and begins to do something strange with his hands that Stefan doesn't understand.

"Ah, I almost forgot"Ethan says, stopping nates hands.

He kneels down between the two boys. He begins to sign as he talks.

"Stefan, Nate is a very special boy, you see these things in his ears?"Ethan asks.

Stefan nods.

Ethan continues to sign as he speaks.

"Those are called hearing aids, do you know why he needs them?"Ethan asks.

Stefan shakes his head.

"Its because he can't hear, almost at all, and that also affects his speech, you know, how he talks? So he uses sign language to communicate"Ethan says.

"Do you understand kiddo?"you ask and Stefan nods.

"Can you teach me uncle Ethan?"Stefan asks innocently.

"Of course! I'm awesome!"Ethan says.

You and Grayson chuckle as Grayson gets a phone call.

"Hm, its the orphanage"Grayson says picking it up.

Stefan turns around with a serious face that you don't notice since you are also curious about the phone call.

"Hello?"

"Good morning Grayson, its sister Katelyn, is Stefan around?"

"Of course, he's right here, Stefan, come talk to sister Katelyn"Grayson says.

Stefan frowns and shakes his head.

Grayson huffs.

"He's not in the mood I guess"

"Well that's okay, but if its okay with you I'd like to come and visit, I need to talk to you guys about Stefan, I can't disclose over the phone"

Grayson looks at you as he speaks.

"Um, of course, any time is fine sister"he says as you walk over.

"Is tonight okay?"

"Yes, yes of course"Grayson says as you put your hand on his shoulder.

"See you then"she hung up the phone.

Grayson looks at you and signals you to the kitchen.

"Eth, can you hold this down for a few minutes?"Grayson asks.

"Yeah dude"Ethan smiles.

Stefan's frowning face had turned into something of a menacing look. He looks over at smiling Nate. Nate looks at him as well and his smile dies down slowly.

As you and Grayson enter the kitchen he huffs.

"She's coming over to talk about Stefan, she says she can't talk about it over the phone"he says.

"Do you think its about something bad?"you ask.

"I don't know, hopefully not though"he says running his fingers through his hair.

You chuckle as you embrace your husband in a warm hug. He smiles, hugging you back.

"He's a kid baby, its nothing bad"you smile.

He chuckles and kisses you. You smile as you pull away. You chuckle, leading him out of the kitchen and back to the living room.

"Awe"you smile, seeing Nate and Stefan playing around on the game.

"What're you guys playing?"Grayson asks, playfully jumping over the couch to them.
