Narrators pov

"Mummy, im scared. What if no one likes me, what if i don't make any friends"Stefan asks. 

"Don't be silly, they'll love you"you chuckle as you both walk hand in hand towards the school house.

You walk into the office and smile at the principle, Clair, a friend of yours who couldn't wait to meet Stefan. She laughs loudly and widesteps quickly towards you Stefan.

"Hello little one!"she chimes, kneeling down to Stefan. 

"Hello"Stefan says hiding behind your legs. 

"Don't be shy Stef, she's a friend"you smile as she gives you a small hug. 

"Oooh, im so excited to meet you Stefan! I'll be showing you around today, introducing you to a few potential friends!"

Stefan looks up at you with his big blue eyes, pleading. 

"I'm sorry buddy, Mommy and Daddy need to go to work"you say kneeling beside him.

"Mummy no, don't leave me mummy, i want to come with you and daddy"Stefan says pouting adorably.

Your heart aches as he hugs onto you tightly in attempt to get you not to leave.

"Mummy nooo"you begin to cry as you pry his hands off of you and Clair grips his hand.

"Mommy loves you baby"you sniffle as you kiss his forehead. 

He whines loudly as you turn your back. You wipe your aggressivly oncoming tears as you hear him crying out for you as you leave the school. You get into the car and Grayson instantly embraces you in a hug. 

"I know baby"he says rubbing your back as you sob into his shoulder. 

"Hey, look at me"he says pulling you from his shoulder.

You look into his eyes as he thumbs away your tears.

"Its just seperation anxiety, we'll be back at 2 to get him its not like your neer gonna see him again"he smiles.

You nod, wiping your tears as you pull the seatbelt over you chest.

Meanwhile, as you guys were leaving, Stefan was being introduced to his class. This was unlike any other primary school Stefan had been to. Clair walks him into a classroom full of colorful walls and noisey students. He looks closley and sees Nate in the very back of the classroom. 

"Everyone! Look, as you can see we have a new student, this is Stefan Dolan!"

Everyone stands and greets Stefan with a loud "HELLO STEFAN" and it instantly annoys him.

"Stefan, theres a seat open over by Nate and Carlos, why don't you go have a seat?"Clair suggests.

Stefan walks over and sits between the 2 boys, Nate avoids eye contact with Stefan but carlos glares him up and down.

"Where'd you get those clothes from? A trunk at the goodwil?"Carlos asks.

A small smile breaks Stefans straight face.

"Your not allowed to talk to me, i only talk to cool people, you and your stupid friend arent allowed to talk to me"Carlos says. 

Stefan looks at Nate and then gently taps his arm. Nate looks over and watches Stefan sign.

"We should play a game, at recess"he then signals to carlos.

Nate shakes his head and looks away. Stefan taps him again.

"A good game"Stefan reassures. 

Nate signs back slowly.

"Called what?"
