"Mama! Look what I made!" A cheerful little girl's voice giggled as she raised a picture up for her mother. The mother, who was cooking dinner, stopped what she was doing to look at the small child's art. A kind smile soon showed on her face as she crouched down and gently took the picture,

"Oh, darling, this is beautiful. I didn't know you were such an artist" The mother patted the girl's head, which made her giggle and smile proudly, as she got up and walked over to the fridge,

"This'll definitely go on the refrigerator for sure (rn, my mom's listening to Bad Blood by Taylor Swift pFfT-)" The mother stuck up the drawing on the fridge with magnet, before looking back at the small child,

"My only sunshine.."

"You make me happy..."

The little girl slowly raises her head from the mother's shoulder and starts to join her

"When skies are gray.."

"You'll never know, dear, how much I love you.."

"Please don't take my sunshine away.."

The little girl giggles happily as her mother spins her around as the sun shines over them, as if nothing could break the tender moment of a mother and child.

"Please don't take my sunshine away.."

It was a rare and happy dream that would sometimes lead you to wonder: what did you do to deserve this? Tears were already flooding your face, but more came as you broke down right then and there. You buried your face into your hands, strands of hair blocking your face. Your silent cries echoed throughout your quiet room...but they weren't silent enough to draw no attention. After about a few minutes of hopelessly crying, you heard the doorknob turn and the creak of the door,
