Oliver and Barry are walking back to the Tipton with their tux's in hand once they get back to the hotel Thea is waiting on them as she says come on guys go get dressed you can't be late for you're own wedding as they both get huge smiles on their faces as she says nope you two aren't getting ready together cause then you will be late to your wedding so Barry you go in that restroom and Oliver come with me as they head to the woman's restroom before he can say anything she says no one is in there we made sure as she pushes him into the restroom then stands by the door.

Barry goes to the men's room to change when he sees Joe,Wally and his uncle Brody Joe hugs him as he says you're parents would be proud of the man you've become Barry hugs Joe back as he says thank you as he's crying Wally walks up as he says no crying and do you really think we would miss your big day bro as he hugs him before Barry can ask Joe says no matter what you are my son and I wouldn't miss this for anything now get dressed son Barry changed and once they walk out Oliver is waiting as he says I'm so glad you guys could make it on such short notice Joe looks at him as he says I'm always going to be there for Barry and You as he hugs him they get to the door way where they see Tommy, Ray, Iris, Wally, Felicity, Clark, Kara, Sara, Laurel, and Blaine all waiting as Joe walks in and gives the thumbs up once they see that Brett Starts singing change your name once that happens Iris and Wally walk down the aisle and go to stand on the side Barr will be on then Felicity and Kara as they go to there spots then Tommy and Ray take their spot then Clark and Blaine walk down next and take their spot then Sara and Laurel take their place then Oliver and Barry walk down the aisle holding hands once they get there Oliver takes his spot but he kisses Barry's hand before he let's go and Barry takes his spot once everyone is seated Diggle starts talking as he says I've known Oliver since we were in forth grade and we became friends and now we are like brothers and I've got to say I've never known anyone that could tame Oliver Queen the way Barry Allen can I seen it the first time I met Barry when I visited Oliver in Lima Ohio and Barry I would like to thank you cause you see we also made a bet years ago as Oliver thought I would be the first of us to get married so thank you and Oliver I'll get my payment later anyway I couldn't believe it when Thea called me and told me that Oliver found someone that was so special to him that he was taking it slowly so he didn't mess it up and to think he didn't want to go to Lima Ohio but it all worked out for them and I couldn't be happier for you both now the vows.

Oliver looks at Barry as he says Dig is right I didn't want to leave Sterling City but I'm glad I did cause as fate would have I got to share a dormitory with the most beautiful amazing person I've ever met but it didn't stop there I knew from the first moment I saw you that I would do everything in my power to make you mine that first night when you had your nightmare and I ended up just holding you in my arms and telling you everything was going to be fine it was then I knew that I would keep that promise to you as you laid on my chest as I stroked your hair to get you to go back to sleep and ever since that night and the next day every time we talked I knew I was falling hard for you but it didn't scare me it just made me love you more with each moment we spent together Diggle hands Oliver the ring as Oliver repeats after him with this ring I promise to love and cherish you and be there for you always Barry is crying as he rubs his eyes he says Oliver there aren't enough words to tell you how much you mean to me you saved me that night it felt like the world was closing in on me and that nothing I did would change that but when I looked into your beautiful blue eyes it's like I knew deep down in my soul that you were the one for me you were made to help protect me love me and just make me feel safe it's like my mother knew that I needed you and she helped guide me to you it's like you were my lighting rod there to ground me and help me though everything I was going through just by being you and making me laugh and helping me open myself up to love as he repeats what Diggle says with this I promise to love and to cherish you and be there for you always once that's done Diggle says I now pronounce you husband and husband you may kiss him now as Oliver says I've been dying to kiss him since we've been standing here as he reaches over and pulls his husband into a deep passionate kiss once they come up for air they walk out along with the rest of their friends.

Once everyone is out the gusts get up and head to the ballroom before Oliver and Barry enter into the ballroom Diggle asks what would you you like to be announced as? Barry and Oliver looks at each other as Oliver is about to but before he can ask Barry says Mr. and Mr. Queen Oliver looks at him as Barry says I've thought about this and I know my parents would be ok with it and Oliver kisses him passionately as he says I love you Diggle goes into the room as he says it brings me great joy to introduce Mr. and Mr. Queen everyone claps as they walk into the room.

Once they are done eating Barry looks at his friends but before he can say anything he hears Brendon Urie say can I get the two love birds on the dance floor as Barry looks so shocked as Oliver holds his hand out for his husband as Barry takes it they walk into the dance floor as Brendon Urie says it's an honor to be here and I hope the two of you have many many happy years to come then he starts singing High Hopes as the two of them start dancing to the song.
