Mia's P.O.V.

We stared awkwardly at each other for a minute, full of silence. Unsure what to do, I politely jerked my arm away from his grasp. Not knowing what his intentions were.

I felt a bit nervous, people aren't exactly nice around me. Noticing my eyes getting blurry "thank you " I finally said to him. I quickly walked away, starting to feel tense. I didn't like this feeling.

I tried to wipe the tears that stained my cheeks. Feeling to the cool after feeling it gave me. I walked to a park, sitting on a bench, trying to calm myself down from my first interaction with someone in four years. An unexpectedly high amount of time.

The bench didn't give me anything to lean back on. I put my earphones back on. Music was something I like to do in times where I was a bit stressed out. After about ten minutes of relaxing. Someone tapped on my shoulder. I jolted with a little fear. Looking back it was the guy that yanked on my arm.

I took one of my earphones out, waiting for him to say sonething. "Are you okay" he paused, " you walked away crying."

Suprised, I asked "you followed me?"

"Well to be fair, I got worried"

"Thank you, but I'm fine. You can leave, you don't have to stay." I was worried that I was freaking him out with my lousy statement. Well I think it was lousy. He stared at me with no apparent reason. I smiled to break the mood, but that didn't work.

"I recognize you from somewhere, have we met before?"

I laughed a little, if he ever talked to me I would have known. I don't have any friends.

"What's your name?"

"Newtson, Mia Newtson, you? "

"Loyon, Leon Loyon"

The name sounded familiar, but I didn't know where. I looked up, to study his face. Trying to find how his features looked somewhat like a friend I lost. Then I smiled with a little giggle. Knowing who he was.

Leon's P.O.V.

She cracked a smile and started giggling. It was a bit cute but anyway. I tried to stay focus on trying to find out where I know her.

"I remember you." She said to me grinning widely.

"Really?"

"Yeah, in elementary school we played on the the same football team. I was the only girl that played."she said while laughing like she met someone famous. She took a step foward and hugged me. It happened so fast, I was shocked. She hugged me while jumping up and down. She was definitely excited to see me. She let go quickly, looking embarrassed, which I found even cuter. She cleared her throat and said "Sorry you had to see that." I grinned weakly at her. Not looking at her eyes but at my hands.

I started realizing that I did remember her. But I had moved away for family reasons. Rumor has it that she became very anti social with people when I left. Turning people down and giving them a cold shoulder. People said that she looked like she was taken away from her Romeo. Which Alot of people said was me. I blushed thinking about people calling me Romeo.

Looking back at her face, she looked really innocent and girly. She had her hair curled with a bow, holding her longer bangs back. She was wearing a school uniform. Which got me thinking about my new school.

"Hey, what school do you go to?" I asked

"Oh, I go to Oak Wood high" she replied smiling.

"Oh, good I'm going to school there, starting tomorrow. "She smiled.

"Oh what a concidence, well I would love to talk more but I have to run some errands at home." I was slightly disappointed. "Do you have a phone?"

"Yeah, I do why?" Her hand reached out, waiting for me to give her my phone. When I handed it to her, she turned it on and went to contacts and added herself as "Best Lady Friend Ever!!!" When she handed it back to me I laughed a little, she smile and waved as she turned around and walked away.
