Chapter 5: Undeniable Truth

Mia's P.O.V.

When we were one the train, I new right away that he could be trusted. So, luckily  he is the only person I trust. I know I'm going to fast but, he was my first and only friend, I want him to know that he was special to me. Not on that kind of way!! He's like the best friend anyone could have.

Well, I led him through the trees and vines, while the the pines on the tree felt like dull needles pressing against your skin. His hand still in mine, we kept walking. He followed behind me, close enough to me to know that I wasn't pulling him.

I could tell that he was still a bit suspicious of my actions. After a couple minutes we reached the wide open area where I was first found.

Leon's P.O.V. 

We stopped after we reached and open Prarie. She relaxed from looking out, her hands loosened.

I walked next to her and looked at her face. She was smiling. Then she put on a look of determination and let out a sigh. She turned to me, not letting her grip on my hand dissappear.

"You ready?" She asked me.

"That's what I've been waiting for."

She let's out a little giggle. It got my heart racing with pleasure. She nods her head, she walks us  into the empty field, standing in the middle.

"Okay close your eyes." She says, raising my suspicion.

"You know the thought you killing me faded away a couple times, but it's starting to come back." I say sarcastically. She starts laughing.

"You know she likes you." My mind says. Taunting me.

"Shut it, you don't know that."

I blushed a bit, knowing that I think like that. But I know it's true. I really like her. Maybe I should tell her.

"How about now, come on Loyon you got this!!"

I nodded with agreement with my mind.

I heard Mia giggle, it never gets old.

"Why are you nodding" Mia says trying to contain her laugh. I slightly open my eyes, to see her laughing.

"Hey, keep your eyes closed!!"

"Okay okay" I replied to her pushing me softly on my shoulder. She clears her throat. After a couple minutes.

"Okay you can open your eyes, but promise me something." She stares at the ground, I could tell she was a bit nervous and scared. She started playing with her shirt, nervous habit." That you won't tell anyone what you see today, and that you will still be my friend after this."

I smiled a bit from her last remark.

"Okay, I promise." She let's out a deep sigh before stepping closer and wrapping her arms around my torso.

"Thank you." I reacted and gently put my arms around her head.

"After you're done, I h-have s-something to t-tell you." Not realizing I said that, I cursed in my head. I blushed like crazy, feeling the heat burning my skin. I tighten my grip, not wanting to let go. It felt like eternity, I was definitely happy. I should have waited, but now I'm fully commited.

Mia's P.O.V. 

Being in his arms brought me warmth. I felt as if belonged there. I believe I was truly happy, I'm glad I have him right next to me. He holds me delicately, never letting me go. I pulled away a couple times but, his grip is really tight. Shoot!! But I have to admit, I kind of liked it.

"Umm.... you know I can't show you if you don't let me go." I whispered to him, smiling while blushing. I was leaning on his shoulder while looking up at him. I let out a quiet laugh, seeing that he is blushing. He slowly let his arms off my shoulders.

" It's okay, we can continue this later." I tugged on his collar and pecked him on the cheek. I'm sorry to say this but, I couldn't wipe that cheeky grin off my face. Feeling the heat burning my cheeks. But now wasn't the time for that.

"Okay now back to what I was saying." I said while clearing my throat." Don't freak out okay, try to not faint. I know it sound weird, but it's also very likely that that's what's going to happen.

Leon's P.O.V.

I probably look like an idiot, but that kiss on my cheek made me more confident  about telling her.

Right in front of me,  she stepped back a couple steps and then her eyes began to change from beautiful baby blue, to ravishing Carmel gold. But what was happening to her body was impeccable. She grew fur on her body, I could almost hear her bones reshaping inside her body and she was on all fours. Did she just turn into a wolf? I stood there with awe to see her as a beautiful white wolf with her left ear dipped in black. She was truly gorgeous as both wolf and human.

She was right, the shock nearly made me lightheaded. But I've got to say holy cow!!! She turned into a freaky wolf.

It's called a werewolf you idiot. Don't worry you might go through some changes soon. Those words left me wondering. What was that suppose to mean?
