The band KISS were on their way home for a big break.
They were all getting tired of the freezing weather and slippery ice.
I was watching TV with Vinnie and he had his arms wrapped around me closer to me than he's ever done before.
"I think we're both gonna end up being more than just close friends".
I smiled and giggled softly as Vinnie blushed slightly.
We sat in silence for a moment or two, until Vinnie grabbed ahold of my hand.
I didn't mind that at all, so I held his hand too.
"You're such a beautiful girl..."
He chuckled with a grin when I started to blush.
"Aw, are you saying that you want us both to be more than just close friends"?
I turned my head to look up at him.
"If you want to..."
Vinnie was still holding my hand and then he noticed that a strand of my hair was in my face.
He smiled as he reached out and moved it away from my eyes.
I blushed a little more and smiled shyly.
"I'd love to..."
I said, my eyes were sparkling with emotion.
He gave me a warm smile and kissed the top of my head tenderly.
"I'm glad to hear that..."
It was only early evening, so we continued to stay where were.
I found myself cuddling with Vinnie and he adored my sleepy face.
He was gently stroking the side of my hairline, and it made me feel calm and relaxed.
Some of the dogs were sniffing and licking my hand.
"Don't wake her up".
Vinnie whispered to his rescue animals.
The dogs simply obeyed his command and then they wandered off to a different room.
