Rochelle POV:

Finally, I was moving up in the world from coffee and donut deliverer to an actual reporter. I've been waiting for an opportunity like this for AGES and hallelujah it came baby.

My snobby, bitchy boss Charlene told me I would finally get to report since all of the other reporters were sick with this..."Green Flu", I think it's called but I didn't really think about it too much.

Well, that was until my boss told me that my job was to go down south and report what CEDA was doing to stop this epidemic. I didn't know that the virus had gotten this bad so fast down there.

---------------------------------------------

When I got off the plane and went to get my luggage from the conveyer I kinda had a bad feeling about coming here. Usually, I trusted my gut, it's help me not get into some pretty shitty situations before but this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me! "Shut up!" I said angrily while pointing at my gut.

I received a few weird looks from people before waving in and out of people. Surprisingly, there weren't that many people in the airport really. It was very odd but my thoughts were disrupted when I heard a bunch of shrieking and screaming coming from behind me.

I quickly turned around and saw something that made me want to double over and hurl. There was two humans... or creatures that looked liked humans... eating someone.

One of the creatures screeched at me and started running towards me and tackled me when this large dark colored man in around his 40's, came and forcefully shoved it off. "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, sweetie!" I said gratefully.

"Your welcome, lil' lady, name's Coach, you?" "My name's Rochelle, do you happen to know what the hell is goin' on around here?" I asked. "It's that goddamned Green Flu ev'rbodys been talki'n 'bout."He replied. "Fall'a me Ro, we need to get to the hotel, that's were their evacuati'n people!"

He told me while grabbing my hand running down the block to be stopped and surrounded by a wave of hungry decaying...

Um... zombies, I guess that's the right word for them.
