                      To the boys who've put themselves down , drowned themselves out in song lyrics and cried themselves to sleep. This is to the boys who've refused to pick up that fork and take a bite to eat , to the boys who've been played manipulated , and cheated on , to the boys who've been sexually assaulted , abused , and forced to "take it like a man" , this is to the boys who make themselves vomit or restrict calories , to the boys who are pressured into doing what they don't want to , to the boys that feel weak , useless , hopeless and guilty . This is to the boys who feel insecure about their bodies , to the boys who have had thoughts of suicide , this is to the boys who've attempted to take their life away , and this is to the boys who have ever had been hospitalized for any mental illness .This is to the boys who struggle daily with mental illnesses , this is to the boys who'd rather be someone else , somewhere else , you are not alone , stay strong.
