Once upon a time I was a princess in your eyes , and you were my prince , you promised a happily ever after as we danced user streetlights and laughed , although you've fallen for someone else , someone better , and compared to her I was nothing but a peasant , so you left me in the dust , leaving my heart to combust, but oh well , I guess a happily ever middle is better than nothing at all .
