chapter ten: awake

Two months later Hunter was almost healed, but me I was still limping. We were going to the store to steal a monster or three. Then we bumped into two girls. One of them reach out their hand and said "hey im Felicia". All I said was hi I'm amber. Hunter introduced his self to them and then the other really odd but pretty girl said her name was Clarissa. I don't know why but I have always loved that name. OK OK it was my moms name. So all of us ended up walking to the store and we all got two monsters each. We walked to the creek and met up with Casper and ghostly. We all just sat at the creek. Me, well I was listening to music day dreaming about Hunter.... don't judge. Hunter was widiling the rest of my bears. Clarissa was staring at ghostly. Felicia was dancing to my music. Ghostly was trying to ask Clarissa out but he was to shy and just kept talking about his dog having puppies. Casper was swimming with his monster. I just ramdomly started singing like I do when I'm alone "fallll don't you really wanna fall from a star". After that I shut up of embarrassment. We all were jumping in the creek after about five minutes. Ghostly pushed me and Clarissa off of the high rock and we fell into the cold water first we got out of the cool crisp water and started yelling at them. Soon after us Hunter went. Then Casper, then ghostly. Felicia was scared at first but overcame it and jumped in. We all played around in the water with basically no rules. I jumped off 5 times after that. Then I got up to jump another time,but Lala showed up and shoved me. Hunter ending up catching me and he made it a lot less painful. Clarissa got up along with Hunter and Clarissa shoved Lala into the rocky ledge. Hunter pushed Lala deeper into the rock ledge then basically threw her into the water. I knew for sure me and Clarissa were going to get a long great. Hunter high five Clarissa then they both jumped into the water. We listened to country music for a while, then skillet, then other crappy cheesy music.  We basically had a secluded party. And then we went into the woods and shot some targets because Hunter knew I loved to shoot targets. I took out my knife and threw it at the target. "BULLSEYE" I chanted. Hunter clapped for me sarcastically. I felt so realived, like nothing in this world was out to get me. But I proved myself wrong when Hunters old gang came and asked what had happened to the best murderer in town ohhhhh yeah he has feelings they chanted. I told them to shut up and leave . Then I found the best thin . A four wheeler!!!!!!!!!! I HotWired it and rode off with Clarrisa and felicia . Hunter took the other one with Casper and ghostly. We did so many donuts I almost puked. Then ghostly said he would be back 10 minutes later ehe was back with two puppies. He held one up saying this is owie. He held the other one up and said this is cooper. He gave Clarissa cooper, and me and Hunter owie. I picked Bowie up and looked at his little face and stuffed him in my jacket so he wanted surrounded by the cold. We started listening to young wild and free and doing donuts again. Ghostly finally asked Clarissa out and she said yes. So everything was OK in the world.
