Niall's POV

The diner is fuller than usual. Everyone had their eyes on the tv to watch the televised wedding of Diana and Louis. All are now quite puzzled about Diana's announcement. She's not marrying Louis.

"What on earth is happening in the world?! They looked good! How come she's not marrying him? Niall why are you not reacting?!" Calum madly pokes me as if I hold the answers to all of his questions. Well actually I do know the answers but I am currently having a hard time to breathe.

"The Princess just rode a motorcycle I wonder where she's heading right now" the news caster narrates as Liam drives the motorcycle away from the cathedral with Diana waving at his back and is followed by 30 more guards also on motorcycles.

"Where is she going?" Calum asked me once more

"I don't have any idea." I simply said

"Aren't you supposed to know? I mean you're like her biggest fan and you lived with her for like a month right? You clearly know her." he stated

"Can't you just shut your mouth and get back to work? Clean that table over there!" I commanded only because I am too annoyed with his questions.

A few moments later, The customers suddenly chattered, some stood up and looked outside the diner. Me, being curious also looked at the direction and saw Diana struggling to get off the motorcycle because of her gown.

Wait, WHAT?! DIANA? HERE? WHAT? I am beyond surprised. My heart pounding as if it would get out of my chest. What is she doing here?

"Oh. My questions have been answered." Calum said as he looked at me.

"Close your mouth tho." Calum said as he moved my jaw up.

Diana entered the diner and got mobbed by the customers. some are taking quick selfies with her. Some are trying to hold her hand. Some are talking to her and I am left here in this corner. Her bodyguards struggling to keep the people away from her but failed. Until she looked at me. She looked straight to my eyes with a big smile on her face.

"Uhm I'd love to hang out with you guys but I need to talk to someone important." She said and approached me.

"Niall... Hi!" she said finally free from all the costumers and is currently standing in front of me.

"Diana.. What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to attend Harry's wedding?" I tried to say cooly but my voice failed me.

"Well, they can do it without me. I'm here to talk to you."

"What are we gonna talk about?" I feel a little conscious because everyone seems to be listening in our conversation.

"About us." she answered

"What about us?"

"You wrote a song about me."

"You liked it?"

"It's the best thing that I've ever heard Niall. Thank you for writing it. And.. I wanted to say sorry, you know... because I pushed you away." She said

"You don't have to say sorry. I completely understood that you were just pissed that day."

"Then why did you left?"

"Because... I don't know. I think..."

"See? You wouldn't have left if I didn't pushed you away. And I am really sorry about that.... And I missed you... I do. I really do."
