ABILITIES: moves fast (especially present in the dark/night.) can stick to walls. wrists seem to make a fluid akin to spider webs. (we have created contraptions to strengthen this ability.)
PRESERVATION: his cell will be frozen when he needs to be in hibernation.
ASSOCIATION: H.Y.D.R.A
NOTES: must be fed 2x as much due to high metabolism. do not let him bite you! from age 5 he seems to be developing a paralyzing venom. he already seems to be more effective than James Barnes. we have observed that giving the winter soldier a metal arm made him exceptionally strong. we are considering giving the Weaver one if not two.

When Tony Stark and the avengers broke down the 3rd HYDRA base this week. they thought I'd be empty, like the other two.
spoiler alert. it wasn't.
Nat picked up broken rubble into a room. dark, and cold. the walls were painted a gritty, red. blood. she knows. but that's not the most alarming part.
its the file on the table. so she takes it with her.
when they all regroup outside she hands them the folder. people around her pale and rush into the quinjet.
when it lands on the tower, everyone files into the conference room, bringing bucky and Wanda. they sit around the oval table, Fury slamming his hands on the desk. a digital copy of the file playing on the screen behind him.
"so. there's a new assassin." groans filled the room.
"look, pirate man, there was no one there, he could be dead for all we know!"
bucky speaks up "he cant be dead. he's crazy strong."
"you know something we don't buck?"
"yeah, I do. the kid got special treatment. had private tutors for everything. I remember training him." bucky looks to the floor. "he's smart, agile. he's a better assassin than I ever was."
fury growled.
"so where, the HELL IS HE-"
the lights shut out, a slight red tint to the room as the tower was put on lockdown.
Tony tapped his Arc reactor twice, Iron-man suit enveloping him. "FRIDAY what's going on!"
the Avengers readied to fight.
"FRIDAY?"
"Ther-- se--ms to be an in--truder.'

I'm so sorry these are short. I have ADHD and sitting at a computer writing for hours on end is impossible. but thats no excuse. I'm not sure if there will be a part 2. all I know is that I have another idea I'll try to get out asap. again, I'm really sorry. (who am I kidding, no one reads this.)
