The words Chan's mom said was still stuck to Chan's mind. Was that really a good idea? Yea he loves his girlfriend dearly.... But does she feel the same way? He just wasn't ready....
Here is the ring. I bought it already. Ya know,, just in case you want to propose...
Chan looked at the gold ring resting on the soft, cream-coloured cushion placed in a black velvety box. Maybe it was a good idea?
" I don't know hyung..... Should I?" Chan ask Jeonghan as they were hanging out.
"Yea Chan. Give it a go. From the looks of it, y/n really loves you. So high chances she will accept it." Jeonghan replied while smiling warmly to Chan.
"May-Maybe I should....." Chan continued as his mind drift of to the 101 ideas on how he should propose to his girlfriend, Eun Y/N.
"How about a more modern proposal? Not the cliché ones." Chan suddenly voiced out after the being in his deep thoughts.
"hmm, what do you mean?" Jeonghan asked as he raised and eyebrow at Chan. Chan just smiled proudly at the plan forming his mind.
--- a few days later ---
Everything was set. Jeonghan was going to bring y/n to the nearby park to fly Jeonghan's new drone..... And that is when Chan will appear.
But before that, he wants to see how loyal y/n is. So he won't make any regretful decisions. Chan asked his tall, good-looking friend, Mingyu, to help him out.

Y/n was spotted at the cafe, buying her daily dose of Hot chocolate. After ordering, she sat down at a table to wait for her drink, and that is when Mingyu appeared. Mingyu came into the store and plopped down on the same table as y/n.
"Hey cutie. What is your-"
"I already have a boyfriend. Please leave me alone." Y/n said as she held her hand up to stop Mingyu from talking.
"I bet he can't make you as happy as I can make you...."Mingyu continued.
" What is you name?" y/n said in a softer, kinder tone and Chan didn't like the sound of it. Chan was also in the cafe but in disguise. He sat close to the two so he can listen to their conversation.
" Mingyu, Kim Mingyu." Mingyu answered. At that moment, y/n took out her phone and Chan thought she was asking for his number......but what actually happened was far from what both males had expected....
Y/n took out her phone and didn't hesitate to dial in '02-112' to call for the police. (from what I searched, that is the number for the police... But I'm not sure.)
"Hello officer, yea, I would like to report about a person who is-"
"GEE FINE I'LL LEAVE OKAY?!" Mingyu said in shock as he left the table and out the cafe. All Chan could do was silently snicker at his friend before exiting the cafe as well.
- later that day -
"Okay! Kaja!" Jeonghan said to y/n.
"hmph.Why cant Chan follow??" Y/n pouted.
"He is busy." Jeonghan said.
Once they reach the park, Jeonghan took out his drone and begin to fly it. After awhile, he was ready to carry out the plan. The drone was in the sky, swooshing here and there at an incredible speed,causing it to land crashing to the ground at a reachable distance from Chan. The two began going around to find the drone while Chan took this chance to attach a small, glass bottle containing a note.
"HEY! I FOUND IT!!" Jeonghan shouted. Putting the drone back into the air and approaching y/n with it.
"hey, you wanna give it a try?" Jeonghan asked and y/n nodded. When the drone was passed onto her, y/n noticed the small bottle attached to it. She untied the bottle from the drone and took out the piece of note inside of it.
' Eun y/n,, will you marry me??' was written on the note. She was confused..... Did jeonghan want to marry her?? She looked up from the not and was touched. She nearly even cried.
There, in front of her eyes, was Chan. He was on one knee, a black velvety box in hand,the ring shimmering.
" so will you?" He asked. A crowd was starting to form around them, anticipating an answer from y/n.
"YES!" Y/n shouted, tears of joy rolling down her face. The crowd cheered in happiness. Chan then pulled y/n into a deep, loving kiss. _______________________________________ - 1 year later -
