"I don't know what to tell you... because I have no clue what you where expecting." Violet said, smiling at her great grandmother, who was trying to wrap her head around the idea. "You want to live with them.... for TEN YEARS?" Violet nodded. "Yup. That would be nice. Plus, you're just a ghost, you could follow me."

Her dead grandmother blinked, and looked down at the fading lower half of her body. "Ah, that's right, I forgot." "Come on, GG. It'll be fun! Plus, they probably won't even take my name out from the million other people that probably want to—"

Someone knocked at the door. "I'll get it—wait no I can't." Violet laughed and walked over to the door, and opened it.

She stared at the green man for a moment, then shut the door, thinking. "What the f***." She opened the door again with a smile on her face. "Hi... uh... I got picked.. didn't I?" The male alien nodded, and turned, looking at the other five aliens behind him. "Show the human to where they can sleep on the ship!" He turned back to Violet. "My name is Kh'Ahn. Do you have any pack being in there with you that you'd like to bring for comfort? I've heard Snakes are a very common pet to have in this area." Violet nodded. He was looking right through her Great Geandmother, right as she found she couldn't leave the house.

"Well, I'll scare out any intruders while you're gone... I'll also keep the house clean." She said, floating behind Violet as she walked into a large spare bedroom.

There where plants everywhere, and instead of a mattress, it was a wooden plank with mulch covering the top of it. The floor was dark brown wood, and there was a litter box in the corner (she had trained her snake to do... that). Something to the left of her vision moved, and she turned to look at it. Up on the highest shelf near the ceiling was her Boa Constrictor, Bella.

"Bella, you know I'm too short." She put her arm out, and the boa slithered down, going from her arm to her neck to rest. "Granny, can you help me pack?" She asked. GG nodded, and after a few minutes, she had all of her things packed in three separate roller bags. Because, we'll, she would be leaving for 10 years. She also grabbed her two coffee mugs to take, since she didn't want to use theirs, and also grabbed some flamin' hot Cheetos.

She skipped out, Bella flicking her tongue at everything, and GG staying behind. "Okay,
I'm—" she looked back and saw GG smiling at her and waving. "Hol' up—" she dropped her bags and jogged back over to the house, and closed the door behind her. "Seeya, GG. I know you're still gonna be here when I come back, but... feels like I'm leaving again." She scratched the nape of her neck, and her old GG sighed. "It's fine, it's fine." Her form seemed to become more solidified, and she hugged Violet. "You know I can't hug back, you butt." She whined, laughing.

GG laughed too. "Okay, okay, get a move on, you dummy!" She flicked her Great granddaughter's forehead, and she smiled, running back out. "Okay, now I'm ready for real now." She picked up her bags and looked back at her house, seeing GG already cleaning up a window. "Phffftt." "Is something funny?" An alien chaperone asked, glancing back at the house. Violet shook her head. "No, no—I'll tell you guys later."
