For the rest of the night we just stared at the space, droning on our own thoughts. The next morning, at breakfast, I met Nico again. This time, he ignored me completely. He just sat down alone at the Hades table, while I watched him from afar. I can't concentrate on my food so I dumped all of it into the offering fire. For the drinking goblet, I asked for water and finished it down. Then, I left the cafeteria and headed to the area behind the Big House. I poured drops of oil into the pond, watching the liquid making rainbow sparkles on the water. It was really beautiful, until a foot splashes into the water and destroyed the pattern. "HEY," I protested, looking up. No one ever dare destroy my art before. It's Nico.

"Hey you son of Hades, I never asked you to destroy my work," I groaned, standing up. "Then, hey you, daughter of the god who can't do anything except burn everything, it's not even work. It's just a piece of shit," he sneered. "What did you say?" I shouted. He snickered, at sat down not far from me. "NICO! Yesterday we can talk peacefully, why can't you do it the same way as yesterday?" I continued, still glaring at him. "I act the way I want," he l sneered.

I sat down quickly, trying to swallow my anger and confusion in big gulps. "Have you ever go to Los Angeles?". I looked up, surprised that he would open his mouth. "Uhh... Once?" I replied awkwardly. "There was a sighting reported at the Hollywood mountain. Some people saw a giant bronze statue there. It's a shape of a... dragon. I really want to see it," he sighed. "Dammit!" I screamed, stomping my feet on the ground. I forgot all about Horizon! "What's wrong, bella?" Nico asked. I reached into my pocket, pulling out a little pearl. "Hey... That's supposed to be mine!" Nico protested, getting up. He reached for the pearl, trying to take it from me. Accidentally, I dropped the pearl while thinking about both Nico and Horizon. Nico is helding my arm, and in an instance we are both transfered to Los Angeles.

"In the name of Hades, what are we doing here?" Nico gasped. "Don't ask me," I mumbled, looking around. We appeared at infront of the letter D. I got up to my feet and ran up to the H sign. I've never thought the distance between them would be this far. In the pictures it seemed so close to each other. Nico followed behind, his hands inside his pockets. Horizon's still tied up there, her wings clanking.

"Baby, I'm so sorry," I cooed "I forgot all about you... Are you okay here alone?". Horizon made a snort which may came from the rusting gears inside her. I don't oil her before we left, and I'm kind of surprised she still managed to move quite swiftly. "Do you miss me?" I smiled, patting her back. She grunted, making a rough noise from the back of her throat. "You must be thirsty," I concluded, ransacking my own self for oil or anything liquid. Suddenly I felt a tap on my back. I spun around, finding Nico handing me a Roman helmet full of water. "Where did you got this?" I frowned, knowing there are obviously no source of water around the Holywood sign. And the fact it's a Roman helmet freaked me out. "Found it on the ground, under the shade of H. Must be debris from battle... Then collected rainwater," he mumbled. I took the helmet from his hand and poured half of the water into Horizon. She gurgled, then she formed the slightest thing closest to a smile.

"Now how could we go home?" Nico shrugged, sitting next to me, also enjoying the Los Angeles breeze. "Let's stay here a little while. If we go home to quick, Will Solace would make a fuzz about community service on the infirmary and stuffs," I growled. "Will Solace is a nice guy, though," Nico sighed (A/N: OMGs SOLANGELO), playing 'round with a wooden stick. I snickered "But he could be naggy sometimes,". "Don't judge him naggy just because you're lazy," Nico grunted. "I'm not lazy!" I shouted, throwing a ball of mud at him. He catched it and frowned "Please, stop, Valdez," Nico said suddenly, a sense of dissapointment in his voice "Stop labeling Will just because you're lazy. You're hurting me. Deeply. I'm wounded," (A/N: OMFGs, I can't control my SolAngelo feels). "Don't cry, you ghost king," I sneered "Little jokes like that wouldn't kill, okay?". "You're making me very annoyed," he mumbled, before adding "Give me a pearl. I'll go home myself. I can't shadowtravel yet. Will would kill me if he found out,". "I am not letting you go home wasting a pearl, diAngelo," I said "You're going home with Horizon,". "That mechanical dragon? Sorry, no," he gasped "You know how weak she is? She would be dead in no minute...". "Stop insulting Horizon,".

Eventually, I managed to get Nico on Horizon's back. He is wailing all over, but I am invincible (bwahahaha)! "Jose you freaking jerk let me off!" he shrieked, horrified by my action of strapping him on the driver's seat. I sat behind me and hit Horizon's butt "Go!".

So if you happen to be around Holywood that night, don't be surprised if you heard a loud and long scream throughout the air. It is Nico diAngelo, son of Hades, ghost king (ghost rider, spirit caller, etc.), calling Houston for help. "Jose you are absolutely crazy you don't know what are you doing," he trambled "We are going down please don't tell me to hold the reins I don't know how to control this I want to go home please God I want to go home,".

"Stop, Horizon," I commanded. Horizon halted, stopping midair. I told the son of Hades to open his eyes. "No," he answered simply "I know what you would do! Throw me off, catching me again, then tossing me everywhere like a pancake,". "I promise I won't," I giggled, patting his back. Nico turned towards me and opened his eyes. "Look," I sneered, pointing across the horizon. The sun is setting slowly, getting down from it's throne. Nico's mouth fell open in such a graceful way if you crop away the rest of his face he would look like a shounen manga princess. "How long have we been away from home?" he asked, his voice low and gentle. "I don't know," I mumbled "Isn't it beautiful?". He nodded "The color of the sun reminds me of Will's hair,". "Yes, you and your Will," I muttered (A/N: I'm sorry I can't control my SolAngelo feels). "What's wrong with that?" he frowned "He's my friend that's all,". "Right," I groaned "Just a friend,". "Whaatt..." Nico shrugged "The idea of thinking about him makes me smile,". "Aw, you guys are so cute," I sneered, rolling my eyes "And we should go home now. Chiron would be totally pissed off,". "Can we stay longer?". "What?" I gasped, not believing my ears "Nico diAngelo wants to stay longer? What did I just heard?". Nico turned into a lovely shade of red "Never mind. Let's go home,".

And so we sailed home, leaving the Sun of Will Solace behind.
