// this is the necklace worn by the girls and the members of the MgM meeting //

We had finally reached the room, and saw that it was almost completely filled with the people we were expecting. I smiled warmly at all of them, This room was filled with so many cheerful memories it brought a smile to my face inevitably every time I walked in.

It was a rectangular shaped room with brown wooded floor and yellowing ivory walls. The floor was lined with an assortment of fluffy pillows off all odd sizes shapes and colours. In the centre there was a tiny rosewood teapoy which doubled as a table for when it was needed.

We were the last ones to enter, the occupants of the room all stood up from their places and formed a circle around the teapoy and we joined in too, the girls took out the necklaces they were wearing from underneath their shirts to reveal a glowing light coming from it. The boys in the room however refused to wear necklaces and hence the same identical necklaces where shrunk and worn as "fashionable yet non-girly" wristbands.

we were huddled together In a circle smiling at each other

"So which one of us called for this meeting?" I asked brightly.

"Actually, I called us all here." answered Justin Finch-Fletchley he was a sweet hufflepuff boy, a very close friend of mine. I'll need a whole other page just for this one GOD-SENT boy, and I'm afraid we don't have the time to divulge, so swiftly moving ahead.

after knowing who called for the meeting, the rest of us touched the crystals with our wands and the glow from it died down.

We then settled back down in the plush pillows and made ourselves comfortable.

"Well I just thought I'd meet up with you guys before I left for the common room, it's been two months hasn't it? Thought we'd catch up with one another." He said    matter-of-factly.

The amount of hufflepuff-ness in that sentence, always the caring ones aren't they?

"Ok then any interesting stories, incidents or developments over the past couple months?" Asked Sylvia out loudly.

"Well there is the Triwizard Championship to talk about."  said Collin Creevey excitedly

"That certainly is a major development." I answered "Who do you guys think will be the Hogwarts Chosen Champion?" I asked with genuine curiosity

"Well for one I heard Diggory say he would definitely compete and he's signing up for whatever it is that the tournament demands." remarked Justin.

"You mean pretty-boy Cedric Diggory from hufflepuff?" asked Sylvia slightly blushing but trying her best to look like she didn't care.

I chuckled  "Yes Sylvia, the love of your life Cedric Diggory is competing in what could be his death warrant for a chance at 'eternal glory' "

"pfft.... love of my life?.....I barely have a crush on him, it's just that you know he is so......in-ignorably pretty and tall and handsome and rugged and........ok I should shut up, sorry please continue." She said with a dazed smile. And a tint of embarrassment.

I chuckled once again but left it at that and I was pretty sure in-ignorable wasn't a word but She couldn't care less

Sylvia never had an actual crush on anyone, she only felt light temporary attractions to pretty boys and players. Nothing more nothing less. And it was the same thing with Diggory this time.

The conversation then drifted away in all sorts of directions from predictions of our school champion to the Beauxbatons girls, the Durmstrang boys, today's feast, apple caramel pudding, Alastor Moody and to every subject we could touch upon.
