When Seven and Beverly got back to the apartment it was around 7:30 and Bev's dad would have been home by now. He worked as a janitor, his shifts were 6 am to 7 pm so he was most likely home.

When they walked in Marsh was passed out on the chair in the living room. They went into her room and Bev shut the door.

"Long day huh?" She asked as she sat down. But something slip out of her bag she was carrying. She picked it up, and it seemed to be a card

"Fun day." Seven said as she watched Bev examine the small piece of paper. It was note, by Ben.

"I'll be right back. Wait here." Bev said as she got up going to the bathroom.

Seven then sat on Beverly's bed as she heard the bathroom door close. She sighed and looked around.

Beverly sat in the bathtub and held out the card the was in her bag. She didn't recognize it, or the handwriting, so she knew it wasn't her's. She read the writing quietly.

"Your hair is winter fire. January ember's. My heart burns there too." As she read it, a small smile broke and she put the card to her chest.

"Beverly..." Bev heard a small voice whisper near her sink. She got up and laid the note on the end of the tub and she went over to the sink and leaned down, putting her face near the drain.

"Hello..?" She said. "Who's there?" She asked.

It's me, Veronica... Betty Ripsom... Patrick Hockstetter..." A bunch of different voices said. Then a distorted laugh came out.

She walked out and into the living room passing her room and passing her sleeping dad on the chair. She grabbed the tape measure that was on the coffee table. She went to her room to get Seven.

"Hey, come here." Beverly said and Seven got up.

They both went to the bathroom and Bev locked the door.

"What is it..?" Seven asked Bev.

"I don't know." Bev said as she put the tape measure down the drain. After a few seconds the tape measure was deep in the drain. Finially it stopped and Beverly pulled it up. But something gripped it as she pulled it. When the whole thing was out she had a disgusted look on her face, so did Seven. There was blood and hair on the tape measure. Then something came slithering up the tape measure. It was her hair. It slithered up Beverly's arm as she tried to pull away.

"Ah!" She screamed as she kept trying to pull away. Seven didn't know what to do. Then the hair came up to her face as it pulled Bev down. Seven rushed over to Beverly and tried to pull her away. Then they were even more scared at what came up the drain. It was blood.

Seven backed up and reached both her arms out. The blood sprayed up and went all over the room, her and Beverly. Seven still had her hands reached up as the hair split apart. It let go of Bev and went back down the drain. Sevens nose was bleeding but you couldn't tell, because of the blood that was all over her. Seven then went over to Beverly who was in the corner traumatized as she was crying. Sev was kneeled down trying to comfort Beverly but she was just a crying mess too.

Then Bev's dad burst in.

"What the hell happened?!" He asked confused.

"T-the blood..." She stuttered.

"What blood?" He asked

"T-the sink.. it.." She trailed off as he kneeled down to her next to Seven.

"Why'd you this to your hair? Makes you look like a boy." He said as he touched her hair.

After he just walked out and shut the door behind him. Bev looked astonished and Seven sat on her knees and looked at Beverly, Sev was shocked.
