The Festival and The Slide Show

"Seven! Come on." Beverly said looking at Seven. Seven was staring at the giant Paul Bunyan statue. When she heard Bev speak she swiftly looked at her, then she quickly walked over to her. They both rushed over to the boys who were talking about the missing kids posters that were stacked upon each other.

"... Every 27 years." Bill and Ben both said.

"What are you guys talking about?" Beverly asked furrowing her eye brows.

"The clown.." Bill answered with no stutter.

Then Rich and Ed's came over with some ice cream. Eddie stood beside Seven and looked at her for a moment before speaking.

"Ever tried ice cream?" He asked offering up his other cone he hand in his other hand. He got it just for her to try.

"Ice cream..?" She asked, confused. She didn't know what it was, and she's never tried it. They never gave her that where she came from.

"Here, try it." He said holding the ice cream up. She grabbed it, noticing it was cold to the touch. She licked the vanilla cream and smiled, she thought it tasted nice, but she didn't like that it was cold.

"It's.. good.... But it's cold..." She said looking at him.

"I know right. It's supposed to be cold though." He said eating his own. They both smiled at each other.

"... So it's like that one bug that hibernates every 17 years? What it's called..?.... Uh, Cicadas!" Stan said.

"Yeah, but they don't all emerge at once. That why we see them every year." Ben replied.

"What's a Cicada?" Seven asked.

"It's a bug, it makes very loud noises and only comes out after 17 years. Just like the clown..kind of ..". Eddie answered her, and she nodded.

"So.. what are we going to do..?" Beverly asked them. Richie shrugged, as well as Eddie.

"We.. w-we need to look for a p-pattern.." Bill stuttered out to the others.

"What does that even mean?" Richie asked him.

Bill just looked at him for a few seconds before getting up. "Come on.." He said as he walked away from them. The rest of them got up and followed. 

Bill's Garage

"Okay... What about it?" Richie asked as Bill put the the Derry Sewer system up on the wall.
Bill then walked over to the projector and turned it on. A photo of the system traced the initial poster. Bill pointed to the spot where Georgie disappeared.

"T-thats where i-it took Georgie.." Bill said pointing to a specific sewer drain that was close to Bill's residence.

"That one..? So we should avoid it, right?" Richie asked Bill.

"Y-yeah.. definitely.." Bill replied to him in a quiet tone.

"I.. I can't do t-this..!" Eddie shouted out in fear. He then took a puff from his inhaler and breathed heavily. Bill and the others just looked at him. Richie even rubbed his back. Bill then pointed to another specific spot.

"There's the Blackspot." Bill said pointing to it.

"No! No..." Eddie got up and pulled the poster down from the wall and looked at them as he took another puff from his inhaler again.

"Eddie... Put the poster back!" Bill told him. He shook his head.

"No.." He replied. "I'm about to have a fucking asthma attack!" He told them while still breathing heavily. Then the projector turned off for a moment. They all looked at it in disbelief.

"W-what's it doing?" Sev asked as she looked at Beverly.

"I don't know." Bev replied to her.
Then the projector turned back on, with a different photo though. It a photo of Bill and his brother George going down a slide.

"G-Georgie.." Bill said quietly. Then the projector flew through some other pictures of Bill and his family. Then it stopped at one particular photo. It was a family photo of Bill and family. They were outside. It slowly went from George then Bill then their Mom. It looked like a windy day when the photos were taken, due to their moms hair getting in all in her face during the photos.

"Turn it off..." Richie yelled. But no one did anything, they just stared at the projection of photos. It still remained on Bill's mother, in a moment, her hair covered her entire face. Then... A white face with red clown makeup emerged as the hair slowly went behind It's head.
"What the fuck is that?! What the fuck is that!!??" Richie yelled as he got up and backed away a bit. Sev and Beverly got up as well, Bev grabbed Sevens hand and gripped it tight, but neither of them backed up.

"Turn it off!" Stan and Mike yelled at the same time. Mike was behind it so he had an easy way to turn it off. He then kicked the projector as he saw the clown like thing on the wall. The projector fell over and turned off, but only for a moment before turning back on to reveal the clown with a mean expression on its face. It turned off again, then back on, but the clown was still there. Then it turned off then on, and it wasn't there.

"I- uhm... What the..." Beverly struggled to find her words. Her and Sev started to back up slowly still holding each other's hands. The projector turned off again, then back on to reveal the giant clown with sharp teeth poking through its evil smile.

"What the fuck!?" Eddie and Richie yelled as they fell into each other's arms backing away at the same time. Stanley was right beside of the clown, so he turned and ran to the door.

The clown started laughing psychotically as he crawled to reach Seven and Beverly. His smile turned into an evil frown and he reached his hand out barely touching Sevens left cheek. She could only stand there in fear as a single tear rolled down her face. The boys tried to get the garage door open but it seemed to be locked from the outside. Seven then snapped out of her trace like state. She was getting angry as the clown's face was inches away from her's.

She reached her arms forward and screamed as she began to walk to forward as well. The clown began to be pushed back by her force. Still screaming the others watched as she did this. Her nose would be bleeding by now. The clown was still getting pushed back until it reached the wall were the pictures were projected onto. Suddenly the boys got the garage door open and with that the clown was gone and the projector was off. Seven collapsed on her knees in exhaustion. She was breathing heavily as blood trailed from her nose. The others ran over to her quickly.

"Seven! Sev! Are you okay?!" Bev asked as she took Sev's hand in hers. She looked at her with concern in her eyes. Seven nodded quickly as she regained the strength to stand up.

"I'm alright..." She stated as she still held on to Bev's hand. They all walked to the garage door.

"It found us... It found us and it knows where we are!" Eddie shouted in fear. He was right though. It did know where they were.

"S-so lets go.." Bill said walking over to his bike and setting up, prepared to ride it.

"Go where?" Stanley questioned Bill.

"To Neibolt." Bill replied.

"We can't go there... It's summer we should-" Stan was cut off by Bill.

"If you say it's summer one more fu-fucking time!" He said looking at all of them for a moment before getting onto his bike and rolling away.

"Bill! Bill!" Bev shouted. "C'mon guys.. we have to go.." Beverly said as she walked and got onto her bike, as well as the others.
