I'm new at this, so have patience with me. This is a vampire diaries fanfic, and I have just jumped somewhere in between all the stuff that have happened in the tv-series. I didn't bother seeing the last episode again, but if you have watched the series, you'll notice approximately when it takes place. Enjoy, and leave a comment.

The sign that welcomed me to Mystic Falls rushed by as I drove my car along the road. The Salvatore brothers lived in the old house on the outskirts of town. So cliché placing of a house were vampires lived. I had to get in somehow. I knew I could just walk in (obviously, no one living owned the house), but seriously, where is the excitement in that? There were supposed to be some drama about some girl named Elena, and one named Katherine. I had heard they were exactly alike. Doppelgangers, just as I was. Three exact copies.  Only they did not know how we can be so alike.

I waited at Mystic Grill; I had heard that they hung out there a lot. And sure enough, I did not have to wait long before I saw Elena came in with Damon and Stefan. I had sunglasses on, so they would not see me. I would just observe them now.

“We have to find Katherine. She has to pay.” Damon murmured to Elena and Stefan as they sat down at a table. Ooo, revenge! I like! Now, how could I get their attention? What better way than showing them I looked like Katherine? I hurried toward the door, walking right pass Damon and Stefan on purpose, and turned around just as I passed them. I took my sunglasses a bit down, so they could see my eyes, and winked at them both, before hurrying onward out the door. I saw they recognized me, and started following me. I could hear them, even smell them. If they thought I was Katherine, they would know that she would be able to sense them… just an unspoken threat that they were near. Typical guys!

Right before I was done with the second person, I felt someone throw me off of her, and banged me into the wall. Damon held me up against the wall with his hand around my throat. I threw him off me, but in the same second, he pinlocked me to the ground on my back. It was too fast, so I could not react.

“Why so serious?” I smiled, and remembered I still had my sunglasses on, but I could still see perfectly fine in the dark. His masculine arms held me pin locked and I even tried to get up, but he was like, really strong!

“What the hell are you doing here? Are you going to expose us, like you were supposed to last time?” he asked dangerously.

“What if I am?” I smirked. He glared at me, and ripped my sunglasses off, breaking one of the eyes in it. “Hey! I liked those!”

He ignored me. “Katherine.” He said confirmingly.

Stefan came up behind him. “What are you doing here Katherine?” Stefan asked. I could not help smiling, then laughing, hard. Damon got so confused that he let me go and rose. I was laughing too hard to rise.

“You have finally lost it.” Damon said.

“Probably,” I choked out between laughs.

He kicked me hard in the side.

I stopped laughing. “What the hell was that for?”

“For being you.” He smiled a you-bitch-smile.

That was too ironic. “Where is Elena?” I asked evilly.

“Not here.” Stefan said and walked up to Damon’s side.

“So she sits at The Grill all alone, with no protection? What if someone were to come see that she is all alone? That can’t possibly be safe… can it?” I said with fake innocence.

“What have you done Katherine?” Stefan asked.

“Check on Elena!” Damon yelled as he threw himself over me (yet again!) and flung me to the ground.
