No offence to Tikki, but she sucks at disguising her holders in their superhero forms. Plagg is a lot better.
Take Lady Noir vs. Ladybug.

Sure the hair colour is a dead giveaway, but other than that she is unrecognizable.
Her hair is much longer, her eyes completely changed personality.
Other than hair colour, she barely looks like Mari.
Ladybug, on the other hand.

Yeah. She's just lucky everyone else is blind.
Like the only change are her ribbons.
Literally everyone in the show: "Mari can't be Ladybug, Ladybug has ribbons in her hair, so we have to ignore the fact that they look otherwise identical."
I didn't point out a personality change because she doesn't have one. When she was first Ladybug, she was clumsy and shy like Marinette. She only got brave, because Tikki encouraged her, and she realized that Paris needed her. She made the personality change, not the miraculous.
And we also have Cat Noir vs Mister Bug

His hair changes, and debatably gets a little darker, and his eyes become fully green. Not to mention how different his personality is. I can understand why they can figure out Chat's identity, but their just being ignorant in Mari's case.
Also Lady Noir and Chat have very similar personalities, so that's more proof that Plagg is the reason for that change.
Mister bug however.

Its like Tikki isn't even trying to disguise them.
It feels like a really conspicuous fourth wall break. Tikki is silently saying, I don't need to worry about disguising my holder, because the plot won't let anyone figure out their identities anyway.
He even acts like Adorkable Adrien, before he gets serious.
That's another reason to add to my growing list of "Why I'd rather have the black cat Miraculous, than the Ladybug one."
