❣The princess and her knights❣

"Asriel! Charlotte!! Wait for me!"

The two named turned as they saw the little spade princess, Sophie run to them. Her crown was delicately placed on her head and she was wearing a short dark blue dress.

"Sup?" Charlotte asked, confused why she had followed them. They only wanted to explore this new universe and its dark world.

"I... um..." Sophie looked away, shily. "I just... well..." Sighing, she started to walk away. "It's not important... sorry for disturbing you..."

Asriel and Charlotte looked at each other, confused.

"It does seem to matter to you," The goat spoke up before smiling gently at her. "You can tell us."

"Well, I thought... I could maybe.... join you on the walk?" She asked hopefully.

"Sure," Charlotte answered with a smile. "The more the merrier..."

She then looked at Asriel before smirking. "Plus... We could use a better guide anyway."

"Hey!" Asriel knew it was aimed at him. "I'm a good guide!"

Sophie chuckled at the two before grabbing Charlotte's hand, which surprised her but she didn't say anything as they began walking.

They walked for a while, exploring the new world before they decided to settle in the field of dreams, sitting down in the one part of it where were no houses.

"So," Sophie spoke suddenly, catching the attention of the other two. "How did you end up across the space and time of universes?"

Asriel rubbed his neck. "It's... uh... a long story."

Charlotte shrugged. "And a stupid mistake we made..."

"Here... let us tell you..."

FLASHBACK IN THIRD POV

"S-So! This new ma-machine I made.." Alphys led everyone towards it. "It's a work in progress... I'm not sure what it can do yet... but, y-yeah!"

"wow, al, that looks amazing," Sans said. 

"Yeah! Of course, it does! My girlfriend is the best!" Undyne gave  Alphys a quick hug, flustering her.

"NYEHEHEH! VERY COOL INDEED!"  Papyrus agreed.

"Oh! Why don't we try turning it on now?" Frisk suggested, excited to find out what the machine can do.

"That... Doesn't seem like the best idea." Narra!Chara disagreed. 

"I wanna see what it does!" M!Chara giggled. "Turn it on!"

"It really doesn't seem like the best idea in my opinion.." Charlotte said. "We really don't know what it does... what if someone gets hurt?"

"I agree with Charlotte and Nar!Char." Asriel said.

"WELL! WE WON'T KNOW WHAT IT DOES UNTIL WE TRY IT!!"

"Oh dear.... I don't know.."

"i'm on the same side as tori, if anything.."  

Alphys shrugged. "I-I mean, we can try it. Lemme t-turn it on!"

"Oh boy..." Narra!Chara said as everyone else went along with the idea.

When the machine was turned on, a bright like went from it and it sucked Charlotte and Asriel, those who have been the closest, into it before the light disappeared. Leaving no trace of them.

END OF FLASHBACK

"And yeah... so we were thrown into weird alternative universe or dimensions.."

Sophie gasped, her eyes wide. "Oh godness! That must've been terrible the first days!" She quickly wrapped her hands around Charlotte's waist. "I'm sorry you had to go through that!"

Charlotte and Asriel just smiled.

TIME SKIP

"Jevil?" Cerise, the spade queen, spoke. "Have you seen Sophie?"

Jevil shrugged. "I thought she was with you, your majesty, majesty!"

Spade queen's eyes widened as she realized her daughter wasn't with Jevil or Seam like usual and quickly wnet around the card castle, asking everyone if they had seen her. Jevil and Seam have decided to help the queen search for the princess.

"Have you seen Sophie? She is missing! I can't find her-" 

"Your majesty... I've found something you might want to see..."

The queen went to where Seam stood and took a peek in the room, a smile immidiately forming on her face at the sight.

Sophie was sitting on Charlotte's lap, her head not even reaching her chest. One of Charlotte's hands was protectively wrapped around Sophie, the other was helping her hold herself up, her head turned to Asriel, whom had his head was laid against her shoulder, hands in his lap. All three of them napping against a pillar.

Spade queen giggled. "Eversince these two came here, Sophie grew close to them and they seem to have grew close to her too."

Seam nodded. "It is assured that they can protect her as we already did see, queen."

"Indeed." She chuckled. "The princess and her two knights."
