You smiled at the spider lady as she walked into the kitchen, slowly fixing your apron. You have just turned 19 years old and were looking for a job.

Muffet, your good friend, decided to offer you a job at her shop and you happily accepted. You took this job as part-time since you were still in college. But nonetheless, you were happy to earn some money.

All you had to do was just sell Muffet's goods and help in the kitchen, you'd sometime even feed her pet when she wasn't around to do so. You didn't mind doing this for her, after all, she's the reason why you finally can earn some money.

The day was pretty busy, ever since Muffet has opened her shop months ago, more and more people kept coming and wanted her goods.

But not all people were happy about monsters.

People like your classmate, Gloom, were constantly coming into the shop and trashing everything. Especially after you started to work here.

You sighed, putting the tray of newly done Spider donuts on the counter. Spider donuts run out quickly, due to how to popular they are.

You heard the bell on the door jingle a little and turned to see two boys and a child you recognized as Frisk walking in.

You knew Frisk. They were your far-away cousin and Muffet's number one customer. Always helping here and buying most of the goods.

However... you didn't know the two boys.

One boy was a monster, a goat to be more specific. He was a bit taller than the other boy and wore a green shirt with yellow stripes, his eyes were light greenish-blue.

The shorter boy, He had shoulder-length messy unkempt hair, wore a scarf that reached to his lower back, blue jacket with a green shirt under it, blue socks and blue and white shoes.

Regardless of only knowing Frisk, you leaned on the counter, standing on your tippy-toes as you smiled at them

but before you could say anything...

"Oh! Frisk! Asriel! Charlotte! Hellooo Dearies~!"

You looked at Muffet, who had just came out of the kitchen, smiling at the trio.

She giggled as she noticed your confusion.

"Oh my me!~" She giggled out. "It seems like (Y/N) here..." She quickly pointed at you before continuing. "Thought you were a boy, Charlotte, Dearie~"

Even more confused you asked Muffet who Charlotte is and she giggled, deciding to introduce you.

And you realized, the scarf-wearing human was a Tomboyish girl, not a boy.

You quickly went to apologize but Charlotte waved her hand.

"Nah, It's fine." She giggled. "Most people think I'm a boy at first... Guess my voice gives that away."

You giggled a bit before starting to be formal again.

"So, What's it gonna be?" You asked the three. "We have spider donuts, Spider cider, Muffet's baked goods--!"

"A-Actually..." The goat monster, which you now know as Asriel spoke. "We just went in there because Frisk really wanted a spider donut."

You looked at the small child and smiled, giving them one donut with a little wink, "No charge. It's on the house, Just for you Frisk."  You said to the small hero as the child beamed back at you.

They climbed the counter before giving you a hug.

You giggled before accepting the hug and then putting the small child down as they went out with their friends but before Charlotte could come out, you stopped her.

"Hey..." You started, rubbing your arm before smiling awkwardly. "I'm sorry for earlier..."

You saw the girl smile before she shrugged, still with the smile. "Ey, it's okay. I get mistaken for a boy a lot. It really never bothers me. Don't worry."

You gave her a small smile before giving her a spider donut. "Still. As an apology, take this. No charge. On the house."

She hesitated, but took it anyway, stuffing it in her pocket as she looked at you. "Thanks."

And she then left as you sighed.

Even after another two hours of working, you coulsn't get the event out of your head and sighed, holding your had as your elbows were on the counter.

Muffet noticed your distress as she patted you back. "If it's about that, (Y/N)... It really doesn't bother her, I promise. Please, don't feel guilty for mistaking her for a boy."

You gave a weak laugh. "I guess not all girls are insanely girly as in my college." You sighed, "Or at least... Most of the girls..."

Muffet gave you a kind smile, rubbing your back. "It's all right..." She then looked away. "You know what? It's 5 pm already." She smiled at you before walking away a bit. "You don't have to work the other three hours, (Y/N). You can go home, now." She then went to the kitchen.

You smiled, untying your apron before taking your Jacket and purse and walking out of the shop, closing the hours behind you.

You walked straight down the street before you noticed Frisk, Some monster you didin't recognize, two humans that looked almost the same and some armless monster playing and you smiled watching them chase the ball around.

Well, Before... Frisk noticed you.

They smiled, running over to you and quickly dragging you to their friends, Quickly introducing you and then asking you to play with them.

You chuckled at the child but before you could refuse....

"Ms. (Y/N)! You have to play with us!" The armless- I mean Mk yelled. "It's not fair! Frisk, Chara, and M are on one team but I and Amell are only two! It's not gonna be fair to play soccer like this!"

You sighed before chuckling. "Okay, then. Prepare to be beaten, Frisk!" You challenged your cousin.

"As If!" Frisk replied, smirking.

You smiled at Amell, the small 5-year-old Dreemur sister of Asriel, Frisk, and Charas, seemed nervous to be playing soccer against them but you supported her the whole time and she managed to beat her own nervousness and played like a star.

And after playing soccer for about two hours, you all were tired and laid on the ground, catching your breath.

"Crap," M cussed, realizing its 7 pm now. "We have to go home, Come on. "

Frisk, Narra! Chara and Amell stood up and the Dreemur siblings waved and said their good-byes to you before heading home.

You looked at MK. "...Do you... need help getting home?"

Mk shook his head and said his good-byes.

You giggled, making your way down the road.

The sunset was beautiful...

Sighing, happily to yourself you kept walking, enjoying the sunset.

What an adventurous day...
