Unexpected Love?

Chapter 5

*Romans P.O.V (the next morning)*
I woke up to hear the relaxing sounds of rain. I looked over and saw Virgil cuddling with me, still asleep. I yawned and stayed as still as I could so I didn't wake my little stormcloud. I almost fell asleep again when I heard the front door slam open,
"Where did they-"
"Shh Pat, he's asleep." I interrupted Patton, he covered his mouth as Logan quietly said,
"Sorry, he gets worried when you guys are gone and don't leave a note."
"Oh, I should be sorry then."
"No it's alright, you just lost track of time, have a good day. Come on Pat." Logan said as he dragged Patton back inside. We were alone again, I laid my head on top of Virgil's and stayed silent. Then about 25 minutes later, Virgil woke up.
"Morning, sunshine." I greeted him with a kiss.
"Mm, Morning Ro." He responded, "Were we out here all night?"
"Yep, we almost scared Pat to death."
"Oh god, haven't I done that enough already?" He joked in a tired voice.
"You're fine, he just didn't know that we came out here last night." I explained
"Alright then, wanna go back inside soon?"
"Sure." I told him as I helped him off the swing. We walked inside and went to the kitchen, Virgil got some toast as I made some coffee for us. We eventually sat on the couch, about to eat breakfast when we heard the door open.
"Stop what you're doing! I got starbies!" Remi yelled. Virgil immediately, grabbed his coffee, high fived Remi, and said,
"This is the reason I don't get mad at you for yelling at 7:49 in the morning."
"Love ya too, Virgie!" He responded while giving me my coffee. Logan and Patton walked down the hallway, holding hands. "What have I been missing?" Remi whispered to me and Virgil as he smirked.
"Remi? It's 8:00 in the morning, kiddo. You can't keep doing this."
"Well, I got you coffee."
Logan looked at his cup then took a sip, he looked satisfied and said, "You're excused." He stood over the spot Patton was sitting at, "Something weird is going on between those two." I thought. It was just like Virgil read my mind, because he gave me a look like he knew.
"So... what's new with you guys?" Remi asked, looking directly at Logan and Patton. I know what he's trying to do, it probably won't work on Logan, but Pattons another story...
"Um, well..." he started, "Let's just say, Logans your new mommy." Logan coughed up a bit of coffee and turned a new shade of bright pink.
"P-Patton we-"
"Wait, what!" Virgil exclaimed, interrupting Logan.
"I'm so happy for you two!" I told them.
"Oh my gosh, yas!" Remi cheered.
"N-no, that's not what he means," Logan said, "We're not getting married-"
"Yet!" Patton chirped.
"Holy shit, be more clear next time!" Virgil told them, acting like he almost died.
"Language!"
"Sorry Pat."
After a while of talking some more, we all separated to do our own things. Remi kind of just... disappeared, Logan and Patton stayed downstairs, then Virgil and I went to my room and watched disney movies. I wish we could do this every day.

*Virgils P.O.V*
As the movie started, I snuggled in closer to Roman. He looked at me and smiled while wrapping his arms around me. This day couldn't get any better.

*Pattons P.O.V*
While everyone left, me and Logy stayed in the living room. We moved to the couch and I laid in his lap, he smirked and pulled me up. So now I was sitting in his lap blushing, I hid my face in his shoulder as he chuckled.
"You're too adorable Pat." He told me as I looked up from his shoulder. He gently grabbed my chin and pulled me in for a kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed back. When we separated I stayed close to him as we turned on a movie.

*Logans P.O.V (an hour later)*
Patton was still focused on the movie, I thought about the other day. "The last time Patton fell asleep on me he said the words, 'love you...' following the nickname he gave me 'Logy...' It took those words for me to realize my feelings for him. If that's correct, how long did I love him?"
"Have I really been forgetting about my emotions all this time?" I asked myself quietly, "Could I have been so blind that I didn't notice until he told me how he felt?"
My thoughts were interrupted by Patton moving,
"What?" He asked me. "Oh, just talking to myself." "You okay, Logie?" "Hmm?" I responded quietly, "Oh, y-yeah."

"Are you sure?"
"Yes." I paused, "Hey Pat?"
"Yeah?"
"I was wondering if maybe you'd want to go see the stars tonight?"
"Of course, I've never gotten to do that before!" He told me as he jumped up, leaving me alone on the couch, "And with you it'll be perfect!"
"I'm glad you enjoy my company." I told him as I sat up.
"Of course I enjoy your company, I love being with you!"
