Heyy , this story takes place when Marco and star are 17 but almost 18. Mature language and maybe some romantic scenes 😏 but nothing EXTREME so be warmed . Anyways , Marco and star finished highschool and are planning to go to college together ( no they are not dating still bffs ) but what Marco doesn't know is that Star is hiding a secret from him ... she can't come to college because she has to become queen on mewni and Marco knows nothing . It was graduation day ! Star and Marco had finally graduated from highschool . " oh finally I am done with stupid school ! And I can do adult things !"
Star said confident " umm , you still have to go to college before you can do any adult stuff "
" oh FUCK ! more school ! Nooooooo"
She said looking down . Marco stood beside her and gave her a warm hug " it's ok , if you can make it through Mrs skullnicks classes you can make it through college, trust me !"
" aww thanks Marco !" She said as she hugged him back .
Later the evening :
" Star we are going to celebrate, my parents are out of town we have the house to ourselves so you know what that means.....?"
" HECK YA I DO ! Nachos and movie night with my best friend !!"
" Yessssss , I'll go make nachos you pick a movie ?"
Marco said as he went to the kitchen to make nachos . Star picked a movie and went upstairs because she heard her magic mirror " hey mom !" She said happily as she picked up the phone . " hello sweetie , congratulations on graduating, we are so proud of you !"
" aww thanks mom , sucks that there's this thing called college that you have to go to after but it will be alright because I have Marco by my side the hole way there !"
" um... about that dear.... your not going to college instead your coming back to mewni to become queen , remember that is the rule we queens must follow!"
" wait mom , I can't leave now ! I like it on earth , I don't want to leave my friends and Marco here...."
" relax dear , your going to go back to mewni in a couple a weeks , plenty of time to spend with your friends and Marco !"
" no mom , I don't want to leave them at all . They are important to me !"
" I understand how you feel but it traditional and you don't have any say in The matter....."
Star POV :
No this can't happen ! I want to stay here with Marco and my friends , I don't want to leave them . But I guess there's nothing I can do about it . I thought to myself will tears formed in my eyes .
Star ended the call shortly after And she went back downstairs to see Marco sitting on the couch waiting for her " there you are ! Where were you ?" She walked down the stairs trying to wipe away the tears that came down her face . " oh nowhere...." she said sitting on the far end on the couch , putting her knees up to her chest while avoiding eye contact .
Marco POV :
I could tell something was wrong . I could read her like a book . I took my chance and pulled her leg dragging her across the couch towards me . She sat up and I could clearly see the tears in her eyes .
" Star, you can't tell me it's nothing . I can read you like a book , tell me what's going on so I could help....." he said smiling at her
Star POV :
I wanted to tell him so badly .... but I couldn't he wasn't ready to know the truth . I could never tell him , well i have to eventually but I don't want to ruin now.....
Back to reality:
Star couldn't make any words come out so she held him around his neck and cried on his shoulder . Marco held her , comforting her as he rubbed her back ever so gently . He didn't care about the movies at this point anymore he just wanted to be there for his best friend even if he didn't know what was wrong .
The next morning :
Marco POV :
I woke up not remembering what had happened last night . I tired to get up but something was on me I looked down to see stars back huddled to my stomach. I didnt even know how we got into this position. I could feel her bum pressing against my crotch . I gotta admit , I was turned on . I tired to get away but it was hopeless , I looked at her and wow I've never noticed the curves she had and how fine- wait what am I saying she's my best friend , I shouldn't be saying this .
Ugh teenage hormones !!!!!
Back to reality:
Marco picked Star up ever so gently in bridal style and brought her to her room and placed her on her bed .
