"You can't expect every fan to like you Kali, but all the real fans will adore you. They support you and Jake no matter what. Just try to avoid the negativity." Kat said.
Jake told me to talk to her and Devyn since they had to go through all of this with Sam and Corey's fans.
"Its hard. And some days it's so bad that I lay in bed and cry as I read all the bad things people say about me. Corey gets the same way because he hates seeing me upset, but he knows that no matter what its him and I against the world. And we don't want it any other way." Devyn explained.
"I mainly just don't want anyone digging into my past. Cause I know they will. They're a bunch of little secret agents." I replied.
"Cause I know if they dig enough they'll find out everything bad that's ever happened to me. Anything bad I ever did, or was part of. My life was hell for awhile, and I really don't want them knowing about all that." I continued.
"We've all done bad shit. And we sure as hell have been through bad shit. They all have too. And if they say otherwise, they're liars. No one is 100% perfect. No one has gone through their entire life and not had one bad thought. Or done no bad things. Everyone had their moments of weakness. Everyone has shitty days. And it's usually those one who wanna hate the most. They wanna be seen as perfect even though behind closed doors, they hate themselves." Devyn explained.
"Or they don't care about anyone but themselves. All they care about is looking good, no matter who they hurt in the process, which makes them awful people." Kat elaborated.
"Thanks girls. I just needed to know I'm not alone. I know you've been in my shoes before." I said.
"Yeah, and trust me, the first few days sucks. Because it'll be a hot topic on all the fan pages. Some good, some bad. But think about it this way. Even if they're saying bad shit, you're good enough for them to talk about." Kat said.
I smiled a little.
"And Jake isn't gonna care what anyone else had to say about you. It's not gonna change how he feels. Its not gonna change how he sees you. And if for some stupid reason it would, fuck him, he's not worth it." Devyn said.
They both wrapped their arms around me and we had a nice group hug for awhile.
"I wanna join." Sam shouted as he ran over and threw himself on us.
"Me too!" Colby came crashing in.
"You're such children." Corey said while shaking his head.
"But I want in too." He said before joining.
"Why are we hugging anyway?" Sam asked as we all untangled from eachother.
"Oh ya know, Kali's becoming more confident in herself. And he love a confident sister." Devyn said, causing us all to laugh.
"We sure do."
