As I hold the flowers in my hand I can feel myself get more and more nervous. I take a deep breath and walk to Gem I have had a crush on since we first me. Although she was taken I still liked her. "H-hey Sapphire." I say holding the blue flowers close to me. She smiles softly. "Hello (Y/N)." I start to feel myself shake. "Um uh t-these are f-for you." I say giving her the flowers. She takes the flowers. "Thank you (Y/N) they're beautiful." She says looking up to me. My face began to heat up. "You're welcome." Ruby then walked into the room. "Hey guys." She waved walking to us. "Wow those are pretty flowers." Ruby smile. "Yes they are." Sapphire says "(Y/N) actually gave them to me." Ruby turns to me. "Well you really do have good taste in flowers." She says holding Sapphire's hand. "Oh Thanks." I said not looking at them. "I actually have to get going guys." I sighed. "Okay then." Ruby says. "Oh goodbye (Y/N)." Sapphire waves to me.
"See ya guys later." I wave back leaving. When I got to my home I felt overwhelming jealously. I wish that I could be with Sapphire. I wish I had the same bound with her as Ruby. I felt tears going down my face. But it's just not meant to be. She's in love with Ruby and I'll just need to except that.
