After driving about 15 minutes, I pulled up in his driveway.

"What are we doing here?" Austin asked with a confused look on his face.

"I told you. I have to see someone. I'll be back. You stay here and don't leave." I ordered him, before I got out.

I got a small 'okay' and I didn't bother to say anything else.

As I walk up the steps to the door, my anger was sky high.

When I was standing in front of the door, I started banging on it with my fist.

"I'm coming!" Came his voice from the other side.

Still not stopping, I kept banging even when the door flew open.

"SHIT!" That is what made me stop.

"What the hell was that for?" Logan hissed while holding his now bleeding nose.

"Sorry. We need to talk." I said and walked right into his house.

He looked at my car, sow Austin and gave him a smirk then turned to me with a sweet fake smile.

"Sure babe. Let's talk." He said and closed the door.

"Want anything to drink?" He asked me and went to the kitchen.

"No. I want to ask you about my accident." I said and I sow him stiffen.

"What are you talking about? You know everything about it. And what possibly can I know that you don't?" He tried playing innocent.

"Oh I don't know. Why don't you tell me what you told all your little buddies at school today? That would be a good start. The one were you said me and Austin were in." I said and that made him panic.

"W-what? Did, did he say anything to you?" He asked in a panic.

"He told me everything. From the pictures of me in my black bikini, to jumping him, then about my accident. So tell me the truth." I insisted.

"I can't." He said and went to walk away.

I jumped out of my seat and ran to him before pinning him up against a wall.

"TELL ME! All my life before the accident I can't remember. All I do remember is what the docs and everyone else told me. So I need you to tell me everything. NOW!" I shouted and released him to talk.

"We were told not to tell you about it." He said after a few deep breaths.

"By who?" I demanded.

"As requested by your Aunt." He mumbled.

"What happened?" I asked in a whisper from the shock of knowing my Aunt was the reason for all the blank pages in my life.

"Go drop off Austin and come back and then I'll tell you. Believe me on this one. You would rather be alone after this." He said and pulled me to the door.

Without a word, I went back to my car and silently drove Austin home.

"Did everything go alright?" He asked in a soft voice.

"Huh, what? Oh yeah. It did. Listen, I'm going to drop you off then I'm going again. Tell your mom I'm sorry for not coming in for coffee." I said and pulled up in the driveway.

"Listen Carti. Promise whatever happens, if you are upset you would come to me, okay?" He said and got out of the car and went to the door and went in.

I sometimes feel like Austin and I are not in our home town.

Yeah, Baltimore is cool and everything. But it's not Home.

Shaking my head, I went back to Logan's house.

This time he was already outside.

"Let's go talk out back." He said and walked to the back door and over to the beach chairs and sat down.

"Okay. Well this is what happened. You....... "
