A/N Keyboard keys are sticking still. It's been a week. FML
The three got up slowly, still unsure if they were truly prepared to see him. They followed the doctor inside to see Jungkook, who was laying in the hospital bed in a gown, bandages over injured areas. He looked so small, smaller than normal.
Jimin immediately ran to him, the other two waiting at the foot of the bed as Jimin hugged the poor boy tightly, basically a death grip at this point. Jimin was crying, which made Jungkook cry, which made both boys waiting at the foot of the bed cry, just not as hard.
"Don't you ever scare me like that again! What happened?", Jimin asked as he pulled away from the hug to look at Jungkook, though it was only the tiniest bit.
"I don't want to talk about it right now", Jungkook sniffled, avoiding his gaze.
"Okay, don't worry honey, you don't have to", Jimin said, caressing the younger's cheeks," Why don't I go get you some Jello and water? You must be hungry"
"That would be great, thank you Jiminie", Jungkook smiled softly through tears. He tried to sit up wincing in pain. Yoongi went to his other side, he and Jimin helping ease the boy into a sitting position. Jimin placed a gentle kiss on his cheek before grabbing Yoongi's hand, and walking with him to the cafeteria, assuring Jungkook every few seconds that they would be back quickly, before they actually got out of the room.
That left just Taehyung and Jungkook alone.
Taehyung just stared at Jungkook, standing at the end of his bed still. He hadn't been this worried about someone after his mom, well, ever. Nothing like this had ever happened with Yoongi or Jimin. Images of Jungkook laying in the hall kept flashing in his mind, and he hated that he couldn't make them stop.
"V, please say something", Jungkook said worriedly. Seeing the fragile look on the frail boys face made Taehyung snap back into reality. He quickly sat down on the bed beside Jungkook, hugging him close.
"I was so worried, Kookie. I wasn't sure you would make it. When I found you-", Taehyung was cut off by Jungkook.
"Wait, you found me?", Jungkook asked.
"Yeah, when I went to pick you up for out date", Taehyung sighed softly.
"V, I'm so sorry", Jungkook murmured, looking down.
"Hey, don't worry about it. I'm just happy I found you and you made it", Taehyung said, caressing Jungkook's cheek, making the younger look up at him. He pressed a soft kiss into his forehead before leaning their foreheads together.
"I'm so sorry our date got screwed up", Jungkook sniffled.
"It's okay, we can reschedule. It's not your fault", Taehyung smiled reassuringly, kissing his nose. Jungkook smiled softly and sniffled again, nodding slowly. Taehyung held him close, tears starting to run down his face. He couldn't help the small sniffles and cries that left his lips.
"V, I'm really sorry", Jungkook sniffled, starting to cry again.
"No, it's not that. I was just so worried I wasn't going to get to say goodbye", Taehyung sniffled before breaking down in tears. He couldn't miss saying goodbye to another important person in his life.

Taehyung walked downstairs in the best dressed attire he owned. He had tears running down his already tear-stained cheeks. Today would be hard. Today was his mothers funeral. He wasn't ready to say goodbye, but he knew it was time. It was something he had and wanted to do to get the closure he would need.
"I'm ready", he murmured, standing in front of Sehun. Sehun looked down at him and scoffed, making Taehyung look up at him in confusion.
"Where do you think you're going, boy?", he asked with a wicked grin.
"To my mom's funeral", he sniffled softly.
"A sissy like you? Why would I let you go?", Sehun asked.
"T-To say goodbye", Taehyung said, a hurt look in his eyes.
"You already got your goodbyes as far as I'm concerned", Sehun scoffed.
"B-But what are people there going to say when I'm not there? I want to be there! I want to say goodbye!", Taehyung yelled. Sehun grabbed him by the collars of his shirt, lifting him into the air.
"I would watch how the fuck you talk to me before I beat you to death. You're not going", Sehun said," That's my final answer. I'll tell them you were too broke up to come. Why the fuck would I risk a little bitch like you telling the truth about what happened, hm? I'm not stupid"
Taehyung remained silent. Sehun pulled him upstairs to his room and threw him inside, the boy landing with a soft thud on the floor. He looked at Sehun in fright.
"Stay in here. It's for your own good", Sehun shrugged before shutting and locking the door from the outside. Taehyung ran and banged on the door, desperately trying to get it open, though it was to no avail. He never got to say goodbye.

"Hey, don't think about that. Not now, not ever", Jungkook said, cupping Taehyung's cheeks. He pressed a kiss into his forehead.
"I-I won't", Taehyung sniffled. The two laid together in silence after that, just all cuddled up together sweetly," Hey Koo?"
"Yeah?", Jungkook asked, smiling softly.
"When you get out of here and are feeling better, we can go on our date. Even if you don't feel good enough to go out, then I'll bring the date to you and it will be something you'll remember for a long time. I always want our time to be memorable, in a good way of course", Taehyung smiled.
"That sounds amazing, V. Thank you", Jungkook smiled is bunny toothed smile, making Taehyung coo.
"Anytime my baby bunny", he whispered, rubbing their noses together. Jungkook blushed deeply at the loving nickname. The two just cuddled until Jimin and Yoongi came back. They then ate and talked about the happiest things they could think of.
With the amount of care and love that Jungkook was receiving, he was definitely on the road to a quick recovery.
Well, physically at least.
