He opened the door, slowly, while it was creaking. I slowly make my way down to the basement. I saw a desk that had blueprints and gasoline on it. "What do you do down here?", I asked curiously. He closed the door, locking it. "All of those houses... All of those people", Jacob muttered. I was a bit confused. I looked at the blueprints closely. "Wait, these are the houses that were set on fire a couple of days ago. What are the blueprints here...", I said. I got a bit scared, realising something. It can't be true. "Babe, listen to me. I had to do it", He replied. "All these people....", I muttered. I walked up to him. "Why did you kill them, Jacob?..", I said to him. He looked upset, guessing by the way he was looking at me. "They were the reason why I was taken away from my parents", He quietly said. I understood his pain. I know what it's like when you leave a family member behind. "I'm so sorry", I said while hugging him tightly. "There is just one more thing to take care of", He replied. I looked at him. "What might that be?", I said while we were walking out of his basement.
It was a half an hour walk. I started tl recognize the neighbourhood. "Jake, why are we at the principals house?", I asked him. "You'll see", He replied while lighting a match. My eyes grew wider, but I didn't want to stop him. I looked away as he throws the match inside the house. I almost felt glad that he was doing this. Jacob knew that the principal was horrible to me. We starts to run, faster every step. Suddenly, the house exploded. I turned back. "What the-", I said while watching it burn. We continued running. "I can't believe you did that!", I told him. "You wanted it, don't pretend that you didn't", He replied.
We were back at his house, out of breath. I gave Jacob a gently kiss. "We need to get out of here", I said. He nodded, but it was too late to leave now. "Do you mind if I stay the night?", I asked him. "No! Not at all", He said while getting us both some coffee. He did it. He killed him. Well, we don't know if he was in the house. Either way, I'm glad that he won't be a bother any more. We both got in his bed. I felt like I couldn't get to sleep. I was scared that the police would show up at the door. I felt something grab my waist. It was just Jacob. It kinda made me feel safe. I turned around and snuggled into Jacob. "You okay?", He asked. I nodded in reply. I finally got some sleep. I was kinda worried about school tomorrow. It's just a secret between me and him. I'm glad that he told me.
It was the next morning, I just remembered that I was in Jacob's house. "Shit, Jacob!", I shouted. "Yeah?", He replied. I got out of bed, realising that I was only in my boxers. What did we even do last night? "Do you know where my clothes are?", I asked. He came upstairs and handed me my clothes. I gave him a hug and then got dressed. I wasn't hungry so I left without any breakfast. "Hey L, want to go on the bus? I forgot that my car was at the school", He said. I giggled a bit and nodded. When the bus got here, every one was talking about what happened last night. I tried to ignore it. I sat at the back with my best friend Dom, while Jacob sat beside his friends. "Hey L! Not seen you in a while", Dom said while smiling at me. I smiled back. "Hey, sorry. Being busy with Jacob and all", I replied with. She handed me something that was wrapped up. I slowly opened it, revealing a very expensive foundation that I've been wanting to get for a while. "Oh my god! You shouldn't have", I said to her. She gave me a hug. "Nah, I had the money for it, and I did miss your birthday", She mentioned.
The bus finally stopped at the school. As soon as we got out, the police were at the main entrance. I kinda hid myself. "What are you doing?", Dom said. I looked at her and giggled a bit. "Sorry, being a weirdo again", I replied with. We finally get into the school and go to our first class, Chemistry. I decided that I wanted Dom to be my partner since Jacob was in another class. "Ooh, it turned into another chemical", I said while showing it to Dom.
She seemed surprised. "Oh wow, that's cool", She said. I couldn't stop thinking about Jacob. I really do miss him when we get separated into different classes.
