I hated carnivals when I was younger. Mainly because my parents would forget about me if I was on a ride. Either way, I wanted to with Jacob. I walked put of the house while my mum was sleeping. She'd kill me if she knew I went. I didn't have Jacob's number, so I just assumed he was already there. I finally got to the entrance. The red coloured doors was huge and had pillars bigger than myself. "Hey L!", Jacob said running up to me. He was in a black hoodie and skinny jeans. I gave him a big hug then walked into the carnival. The first thing He noticed was the carousel. "You want to go on it?", I asked. He nodded but in an embarrassed way. "I never really liked roller coasters", He said. I held his hand to comfort him. "Neither did I", I replied.

As we choose what horse we would go on, it started. Jacob was sitting on the horse right next to me. I relaxed a bit. "You okay?", He said. "Yeah, I'm fine", I replied. He rubbed my back a bit. I think he knew that I like him. Either way, he's probably not gay. The next thing that we went to was the glass that you'd always bump into. As soon as we entered, Jacob bumped into one. We both giggled and then continued through it. I didn't realise how fun it was going to be. I thought Jacob was the everyday jock. He's much more than that. "Hey Jacob, want to come to my house?", I said randomly. Did I really say that? "Sure!", He said while walking out. We walked all the way back home. "This is your home? It's bigger than I thought it would be", He said. "I don't know if that's a bad thing or a good thing", I replied. I opened the door and let Jacob in. "Even better on the inside", He mentioned while looking at the living room. "It's not much, but it's home", I said while sitting on the sofa. "Are your parents asleep?", He said in a soft voice. I nodded. "My father died when I was ten, it was my fault...", I muttered while rubbing my eyes a bit. He sat beside me and looked into my eyes. "I'm sorry to hear that, L. Don't blame yourself when it wasn't your fault", Jacob said. "It was my birthday but no one was there. No one but my parents. I cried too much that I forgot that the candles were still lit. The only person I could save was my mum", I explained. It was my fault. I can't believe that I just told him.

He hugged me tight while I started to cry. "Hey Jacob?", I muttered. "I think I... Like you", I admitted. He looked at me, he seemed a bit confused. "I've never been with a boy before", He replied. "Maybe, that's what you are looking for. You don't seem to like any girls", I said to him. "I think I like you too, L", He mumbled. I hugged him tightly, but giving him enough space to breath. He softly kissed him on the cheek. "Thank you, Jacob", I said quietly. "Can I spend the night here?", He said. I giggled then nodded. "Of course", I replied. We both slept on the big sofa. I didn't think it would be a good idea if we slept on my bed. I think Jacob might be bisexual. Either way, I love him. That's all that matters.
