"But then why are you crying?" Wataru asked innocently. "People don't cry when they don't care. You must care a little bit."

He was right, of course. And she knew it. But she still didn't want to admit it.

"I'm just... a little sad. That's all."

"Oh... well... I have some chocolate if that'll make you feel better..." Wataru fished out a chocolate bar from his pocket. "Here," he said, tearing open the package and breaking off a small chunk. He offered it to Yuki, holding out his hand. "Have this. It'll make you feel better."

Yuki took the chocolate, hesitating a little before he nodded his head.

"Thanks... Wataru-kun."

Wataru grinned up at her happily.

"Now... let's go find your siblings, shall we?"

Asami's POV

I shouldered my way past Azusa, glaring. He had no right to assume that my worry was any less than his! I had feelings of my own, too.

Now, onto the topic at hand. Ema was missing, and I had no idea where she'd gone. Could she have followed Wataru to the arcade? Or maybe she had looked for him somewhere else. Or maybe she'd left before him, though I honestly doubted that. But it was always a possibility.

"Ema... where are you?" I whispered.

Tsubaki's POV

I wasn't really sure what to do. I wanted to go after Asami, but also I needed to stay here for my brother. My twin. My world.

I stared after Asami's fleeting form, her hands in her pockets, face tinged pink from the cold. She looked cold and lonely. I started to go after her, then stopped myself.

Azusa first, I told myself. Asami comes second. Besides, that's what Azusa would do for me... right?

"Just go." Azusa's voice surprised me. It was low and dark, with a hint of longing and anguish. "I need some alone time. Go find Asami." He looked up at me, his gaze searching. "You know you want to."

I did, actually. But my loyalty to my brother was unfaltering. I couldn't just leave him out here. "Azusa..." I began, but was cut off by my twin's yell.

"Just go! Leave me alone!" He yelled. I cowered in fear and surprise. This wasn't the calm, secure Azusa I knew. Something was different. "Just leave me alone, Tsubaki," he whispered, his eyes looking so sad. My heart reached out for him. But I knew that if I tried right now, he would only push me away.

He needed to fix himself, first. Then he could let people in again.

"I'm sorry, Azusa," I said, turning away from him. Then I left without looking back.
