Note I do not remember what all happened so bare with me and there is stuff that was not in the TV series that I have and will continue to add as well thank you~🖤

Zuko wanted to attend the fire nation meeting to wage war on other parts of the world but he couldn't go because he wasn't old enough yet "Guards let me through I command you." Zuko ordered but his power of being prince could only go so far here he was in no control of the guards "What is going on in here?" Uncle Iroh asked as he was getting ready to attend the meeting "Uncle if I am to be fire lord one day shouldn't I be in their with the other generals?" "Ah but Zuko you are far to young to attend the meeting." "Please Uncle please I promise to behave." "Very well but you mustn't speak unless you are spoken to other wise it will be mine and the general's position to straighten things out with the fire lord you got it?" "Yes uncle Iroh." They attended the meeting but when Zuko heard some of the battle tactics they where gonna use he disobeyed his Uncle and began to talk out of term on how the tactic was not the right thing to do. Uncle Iroh would have agrees with his nephew but it was not Zuko's place to talk. The flames that surrounded fire lord Ozai bursted in the air for he was furious with his son "This is not your place to speak." Fire lord Ozai scolded "But father this isn't right putting innocent lives on the line I mean there is a better-" "SILENCE!!!" his father yelled "If you are brave enough to talk out of term then you will have to learn respect in an Agni kai. I will pick a master of my choosing and you will fight!" His father said "I except!" Zuko said with over confidence. In the Agni kai Zuko had no clue who he was facing but didn't care he was ready he turned and stood in shock there he was not facing commander Zhao no general not his sister Azula but fire lord Ozai his own father. Zuko's world shriveled up at that moment he immediately bowed "Father I will not fight you I am sorry I talked out of term." "You will fight or you will burn." His father warned "No I will not fight you father please forgive me!" Zuko pleaded his Uncle Iroh was in the stands with his niece Azula who had a big grin on her face although Iroh looked away the last thing he heard where the screams of his beloved nephew "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Zuko was not banished but his punishment was the scar that was big on his eye so everyone could point him out the girls who thought he was cute where now disgusted by his scar so he stayed in his room for a few months Azula didn't want to visit Katara, Sokka, and Aang so she stayed in the fire nation and earth Kingdom walls Katara began to worry she went to the hide out every day only to find no one and after about 3 months she had enough and snuck over the wall to find Zuko. "Zuko Zuko open the window." Katara wispered Zuko opened the window to find Katara bending water to make her float "Katara?!?" Zuko said in question and excitement he immediately opened his window and pulled her in for a hug "Oh Katara you don't know how happy I am to see you." Zuko said in tears "Zuko I'm happy to see you too but we need talk you have been gone for three months why?" Katara asked "Um ok I will show you but please know that I may not look the same." "What do you mean?" Zuko bended some flames to light up some oil lamps and candles, as Katara's eyes adjusted she was able to see Zuko's burn that has now scarred. "Zuko what happened?" "In an agni kai I refused to fight my father and in return for my selfless action he decided to give me a permanent scar that will never go away." Zuko said this with sadness in his eyes "Zuko I-I wish you would've come see me I could've healed you I learned that I have healing powers exactly the day you didn't show up." Katara said upset "Could you maybe heal me now?" Zuko asked in a hopeful voice "I will try but don't get your hopes up." Zuko closed his eyes and Katara touched the under side of his scarred eye she then grabbed some water and then covered his scar with her hand that had water on it but it didn't work the scar could not heal without special water "I'm sorry Zuko it didn't work." Zuko didn't say anything but instead rested his head on Katara's hand. "I guess this means I will always be scarred."
