Sara

My stomach started showing about a week ago and today is my ultrasound to determine the gender of my baby. Nat decided to go with me since Peter is at school and no one else can keep a secret.
"Are you ready?" She asked.
"More ready then I would ever be able to say." I grinned as I laid down on the bed and the lady put the cold gel on my stomach and started the ultrasound.
"Oh my, your having twins dear?" The lady asks as I choke.
"What do you mean, twins?!" I exclaim.
"No one told you?" She asked as I shook my head in disbelief and the doctor came in.
"Well congratulations. Would you like to know the sex of your babies?" The doctor asked as I nodded and Nat squeezed my hand. "Ms. Rogers, you are having a little boy and a little girl." He said as I nearly fainted.
"Nat?" I said with tears in my eyes.
"Yeah?" She asked holding my hand.
"I'm having twins!" I cried as she held me.
"Would you like the pictures?" He asked.
"Yes, please." I sobbed as Nat held me tightly.
"Congrats, Sara, you're gonna be a mom." Nat whispered as I rubbed my stomach affectionately.
"My beautiful babies." I grinned as she smoothed back my hair.
"You do realize, I'm not letting you go to school anymore, until after they're born, right?" She asked.
"I kinda figured as much." I sighed as I smiled down at my rounded stomach.
"Here are your pictures, Ms. Rogers." The doctor said as I hugged the envelope close to my chest and we got in the car and drove home.
"I've got a Christmas presents now." I smiled wildly as she helped me out of the car.
"She's home!" Peter called as everyone came downstairs.
"So, how did it go?" Dad asked me.
"I won't tell you the genders if that's what you're asking." I smiled.
"Did you say genders... as in plural?" Peter asked as his face lit up.
"Let's get the pregnant lady out of the cold before you start hawking her with questions!" Nat scolded them as we all got inside.
"So?" Pepper asked her eyes growing wide with anticipation.
"We're having twins." I grinned as Peter ran over to me, picked me up and spun me around.
"Twins?" Dad dropped onto the couch.
"I think you'll love them." I smiled softly rubbing his shoulder.
"Good luck old man." Tony laughed.
"You've got a daughter, so does Clint!" Dad exclaimed as I laughed.
"We do, but we don't have grand children yet." Clint added.
"And hopefully not anytime soon." Tony said pointedly at Morgan who was only 6 years old.
