Kendall/James: Scizor! Battle Stance!
Dominic: Mamoswine! Appear!
Carson: Houndoom! Cast your shadow!
James: Scizor! Metal Claw on Mamoswine!
Kendall: Scizor! X-Scissor on Houndoom!
Carson: Houndoom! Flamethrower!
Dominic: Mamoswine! Ice Beam!
*The Scizor land their attacks before Houndoom and Mamoswine*
Kendall: The Cold Void defeated by the Scizor Brothers.
Carson: Did you meet a woman with an Electivire by any chance?
Dominic: Because she said that she met you Kendall in Hoenn.
Kendall: A woman with an Electivire? Could it be? Where did she say she was going?
Dominic/Carson: Nimbasa City.
Kendall: Elesa's Gym City. Electric types love places with electrical atmospheres. Let's go James.
*Kendall and James make it to Nimbasa City and notice a battle going on between two trainers*
Kendall: James look. It's Carley. She seems to be battling someone right now.
Carley: Electivire! Thunder Punch!
Man: Sawsbuck! Horn Leech!
*Electivire lands the Thunder Punch and knocks out the Sawksbuck*
Man: Sawsbuck no!
Carley: That was a really good battle young man.
Man: Thank you miss!
*Carley looks around*
Carley: Anyone wish to battle me next?
*The crowd mutters*
Kendall: I will.
*The crowd goes silent then they all look around as Kendall steps forward*
Carley: Well well isn't this such a delicate surprise. Ladies and gentlemen. Let me introduce this trainer right here. He is from Ecruteak City in the Johto Region. He and I met in the Hoenn Region and traveled together for a short while. This is Kendall Takahashi. Yes THE Kendall Takahashi. One of the Scizor Brothers. So you wish to battle me next huh?
Kendall: Of course. And I intend on winning.
Carley: You are welcome to try to beat me and my Electivire Kendall. Bring it on!
Kendall: *Takes out the Ultra Ball* Scizor! Battle Stance!
*Scizor pops out of the Ultra Ball*
Carley: One against one! Let the battle begin! Electivire! Thunder Punch!
Kendall: Scizor.
*Electivire lands the Thunder Punch but Scizor is still standing*
Carley: No matter! Fire Punch!
*Electivire keeps hitting Scizor but Scizor still stands without showing signs of weakness*
Carley: Isn't this shocking? Thunderbolt!
Kendall: X-Scissor.
*Scizor uses X-Scissor and lands a critical hit on Electivire*
Kendall: Electricity and Fire is no match for the swiftness of the blade's movement.
*Electivire falls to the ground defeated*
Carley: Incredible to say the least. Your reputation as one of the Scizor Brothers truly shows.
Kendall: It was indeed an excellent battle. Scizor and I thank you for the opportunity to show us what you and Electivire are all about.
*Kendall turns his back on Carley and begins to walk away*
Carley: Kendall wait.
*Kendall turns his head around*
Carley: Perhaps we can talk more............ In the Pokémon Center? Over lunch?
Kendall: *Smirks* I'm free at the moment. Come by sometime Carley.
*Carley blushes*
Electivire: Electivire.
*In the Pokémon Center, Kendall and Carley sit at the table*
Carley: You knew why I wanted to talk right?
Kendall: Kind of hard to miss it Carley. Ever since I helped you in Petalburg Woods, you never stopped thinking about me. Isn't that right?
Carley: Right on the spot. I was wondering if you and I would be partners. Not just in Pokémon Battles from time to time but..........
Kendall: Relationship partners?
Carley: *Looks at Kendall and blushes* Uh......... Yeah. Like relationship partners.
Kendall: Of course Carley. Your reputation as the Rock Star of Johto preceded you as well as my reputation as one of the Scizor Brothers.
*Carley and Kendall hold hands on the way out of the Pokémon Center*
James: So Kendall where to next?
Kendall: The Kalos Region. I contacted Viola in Santalune City. She wants to talk to me about the many Bug Types in the world. And Clemont is there to so Carley and him can compare Electric Types while Viola and I talk and perhaps have a double battle. Bug and Electric against Bug and Electric. Scizor and Electivire against Heliolisk and Vivillon.
Carley: A very sound plan Kendall!
*Carley kisses Kendall*
James: *Looks at Kendall and Carley then smirks* Well what do you know. I told you that you'd find someone while we were on our journey Kendall. And an Electric Type Enthusiast no less. Nicely done.
