As I swam leisurely, past my favourite coral reef. I thought about my life, I was a happy merman, ( and the manliest) but I needed a bit of excitement. Most of my friends  had dates on Friday night, Kami and sero had finally gotten together and jirou was happy with Momo, and even midoriya had ended up with the quiet todoroki. I Mean why was I the lonely one. I was so caught up in my thoughts that I swam into the seawall, I bouced back rubbing my head "stupid wall" I muttered. I  turned around and noticed a bright pink mermaid swimming towards me, so I swam up to meet her, but it was clear that she had been swimming a little to fast as she banged into me and sent us both sprawling. I flew back, red hair falling into my eyes struggling to regain my composure. I heard a bubbly sorry from behind me. " it's all good " I said as I turned to face mina," how are you doing ?" I inquired, she quickly replied " oh, I'm fine but I could sense that one of my friends was feeling a bit... lonely and wanted some help finding a special someone" I choked out a  "w.wh.at " and then said " I am not lonely I have wonderful friends" I wrapped an arm around her shoulders as I started pushing her towards home. " are you coming ?" She asked " I will be back soon, I just wanna do some thinking first". I watched as she reluctantly swam off leaving me alone with my thoughts. Just to clarify quickly I'm Kirishima Ejirou, I'm a 16 year old merman and son of two powerful merpeople, but power doesn't save me from the law unfortunately, if I don't find a partner to marry before my 17 birthday I will be forced into an arranged marriage with tsuyu asui, and don't get me wrong she is nice enough, though a little blunt, but she not my ..... type. Anyway I am going to do a little bit of minor rule breaking before I return home. I am going to go on land. Which is strictly forbidden. I mean I understand that they don't want the humans to find out about us but we should be able to explore the land, just like the humans explore the sea. I quickly swim to a little beach which I know will be empty at this time ( it's 2 in the afternoon btw) and swim onto the beach, I can feel my tail splitting in to two and my fins turning into feet, I can feel my red scales melting away to reveal my very smooth legs. I grab a pair of swim shorts out from under a rock and put them on, I learnt the hard way that humans don't like people walking around without... coverage. I stand up knees buckling, and slowly shuffle toward a rock so I can use it to stand up right. I am just getting used to my legs again when I look up and notice a blonde boy staring at me. Shit.

That bitch had a tail. And it just turned into legs. I couldn't stop myself from staring a the red head who had just noticed me and begun staring back. I march up to him and in my most threatening voice said " what the fuck are you? " I watched him cower slightly. I'll try again then " what's your name and what the fuck are you? "  " I'm kirishima ejirou and if you couldn't tell by the tail I'm a merman, now if you'll excuse me I am going to go back into the ocean so you can forget you ever saw me " he replied quickly before turning around taking his shorts off and steping into the ocean. Where his tail slowly started to form. I was still stunned, he had a tail, and a nice ass, but he had a tail. "Hey, fish face I wanna ask you some questions" i yelled " sorry, but no can do, I've got to go" . I just yelled back " I expect to see you here tomorrow shitty hair, otherwise the news will be finding out  bout this" . He just swam away shaking his head.
