The song above is a brilliant remix/mashup between Bergentrückung (Asgore's Theme), Spider Dance (Muffet's Theme) and Megalovania (Sans' Theme) by the fantastic SayMaxWell.
Asriel's Bedroom.
Nobody's P.O.V
"Because that was the time I murdered everyone and everything." Frisk said.
There were collective gasps from the three demigods, as Asriel re-entered the room holding drinks. As Asriel handed out drinks to everyone, Gaster asked, "Was this you, or was this Chara?"
"It was Chara." Sans said, before Frisk had a chance to answer.
"But I started the run." Frisk said, adamantly. "I killed that first Froggit, on. My. Own. Chara's spirit wasn't with me until at least Snowdin."
"What happened, dare I ask?" Jason asked.
"Well," Frisk said, "After getting the 'good' ending, I reset the timeline, and started again. Bored that I couldn't do much anymore. I neglected my powers, and felt like I was a god. But, after I restarted, I decided to see what'd happen if I tried to kill things instead. After a while, Flowey started urging me on, but after I killed Papyrus..." Frisk trailed off.
"After that, there was no hope for me. I had lost control of my mind and my body." Frisk finished. "And even countless resets later, I still hate myself for doing what I did."
"That wasn't you, pal." Sans urged. "Even before they gained full control, Chara had been trying to manipulate you."
"But allowing her to do so got us where we are now." Frisk countered, "If I had left well-enough alone and left the timeline, like I did last time, she wouldn't be threatening everything to ever exist."
"But I thought Chara was nice to start with." Hazel said.
Asriel sighed, "I can answer this one." He said. "After our plan... failed. After I failed, Chara's rage and hatred grew and grew, before turning her into the megalomaniac killing machine she now is."
"Your plan? What plan?" Percy said.
"The plan was for me to take her Soul, and cross the barrier. Then to kill six other humans and break the barrier." Asriel said. "Like Frisk when fighting my dad, I couldn't bring myself to do it."
"Uhm, back to the flashback from before," Jason said, "Was this the only time you killed Sans?"
"I killed everybody. Every living Soul was crushed by me." Frisk said. Suddenly, they let out an ear-piercing scream, before falling limp in their chair.
"What the?" Sans muttered.
"It's a Flashback." Percy said. "I've had many myself, but they've never made me scream."
"We should get them onto my bed." Asriel said.
"Good idea." Gaster replied, "I'll go get some medical equipment to measure Frisk's heart rate and vital signs."
Gaster ran out of the room, as almost everybody else entered it.
"What's going on?" Toriel asked, concern filling her voice.
"Who hurt them?" Undyne demanded, materialising a spear in her hand.
"Don't worry, it's just a flashback." Percy said. "They'll be fine soon... I hope." He muttered that last part under his breath.
"Step aside!" Gaster called, as he re-entered the room lugging a heart-rate monitor behind him. As Gaster set it up, Frisk started shaking on the bed. Lightly at first, before quickly turning into a violent shudder.
"Well that's not good." Gaster said, as he studied the heart monitor.
"What's not good?" Sans asked.
"Their heart rate is abnormally high." Gaster said, calmly. "It's over one hundred and rising steadily."
For a good few minutes, there was no noise aside from the beep, beep, beep of the monitor. Then, Frisk started panting.
"My goodness," Gaster said, "It just sky-rocketed from one-fifty to two-forty."
"That's bad?" Percy asked.
"That's very bad." Gaster said. "Life-threateningly bad, even."
"C'mon." Sans muttered, "Hang in there, pal."
"Would spaghetti help?" Papyrus asked.
"Probably not." Gaster said, "But if it helps, feel free to cook say."
"Pasta!" Papyrus exclaimed, before exiting the room.
"I'm going to go help." Undyne stated, before following him.
"I better go supervise." Toriel said, as she followed after them.
"Hey dad," Asriel said, "Dya want to go play a game?"
"Um, sure." Asgore replied, as he and Asriel left the room.
"Thank goodness." Gaster said. "I work better in less-crowded areas- and that's very bad."
"What?" Sans asked.
"Frisk's heart-rate has excelled three-fifty. Much more and they'll probably die."
"Is there anything we can do?" Hazel asked.
"I'm afraid all we can do is wait." Gaster said.
Suddenly, Frisk's body started glowing dimly. Then, for barely a second, Frisk's body flickered. One moment it was Frisk, in the purple-and-blue t-shirt and the yellow skin, the next second it was a figure only one recognised. Instead of Frisk lying on the bed, for that short second a girl lay there. She had pale skin, with bright red cheeks, and a green jumper with one, single yellow stripe. Then, the girl opened her eyes. But instead of having normal eyes, with a coloured Iris and black Pupil, the Iris and Pupil were blood red. Then, as fast as before, they switched back to an unconscious Frisk.
"No." Sans said. He had backed away from the bed in fear after the girls appearance. "This is too soon. She shouldn't have got this much strength yet."
"Let me guess." Percy said. "Chara?"
Sans nodded. "The only entity powerful enough to beat me. Even with all the wrong she did when possessing Frisk, I couldn't beat her."
Sans had gone white. Well, he would've if he wasn't a skeleton.
Then, as suddenly as they fell into the flashback, Frisk jolted upright. "Chara!" They screamed, before slowly leaning backwards. "P-please tell me that was a dream."
"That was no normal flashback." Percy deduced.
"Ya' don't say." Jason muttered.
"C-can I have some time alone." Frisk asked, in a weak voice. As everybody started leaving, Frisk called out, "Sans, can you stay? I need to talk with you."
"Sure thing, pal." Sans said, as he drew a chair up next to Asriel's bed.

Did anybody see that thing with Chara coming?
I wrote it and I didn't even see it coming until a few sentences before it happened.
