The Search for Zemo

Sam looks everywhere from New York all the way to Pennsylvania, but decides to go back to see if Zemo might appear in the streets. 

"Hey Barnes? Anything yet? I just flew my way to Pennsylvania''.

"No.  Do you think Zemo might be in Hawaii?''

"Hawaii? Why would he be there?''

"To try the Hawaiian barbecue of course''.

"Barnes this is no time to talk about your food cravings. We're on a mission not planning to go to Hawaii''.

"Okay. Roger that''.

Sam giggled since the phrase ''Roger that'' had Roger in it. It was close as Steve Rogers and made Sam nostalgic. Suddenly, he sees a group of guys running with black coats. He goes down to check and quietly peers through a window. Sam messages Bucky to come down into an abandoned warehouse. 

He sees the men interacting with what appears to be a holographic person talking to them. 

"Boss. Everything is set and we got the chips. What now''.

Zemo appears as the hologram and admits to the guards ''Excellent. Have you kept up on Shield and the subject?''

"Yes. He's on his way and doesn't know what's to come'', said one of the guys.

"Good. Let's keep it that way. Finally. We're going to succeed and finish the work Hydra left and take over New York''.

Sam wanted to stop it, but he knew if he acted out, he'll get captured. 

"Sam what did you find'', whispers Bucky.

"Zemo has a squad. Just keep quiet its not over''.

"Alright we'll meet more often here. In 3 days, the plan will be in motion as long as you do what I tell you to do. Place the beams in each corner and the virus should work'', says Zemo.

"Okay boss. Yes my boss!'' The guys watch as the hologram disappears. One of them notices something.

"Is someone there!'' says one of the guys. The guys in the black coats look everywhere in the warehouse, but nothing shows up. Sam and Bucky run far enough until they reach a quiet place.

"Where do you think Zemo is? Is he planning some threat or is it something more?'' asks Bucky.

"I don't know. We need to report this to Ross ASAP''.

Sam and Bucky fly their way to Shield Headquarters with the helicopter. Once they landed, they look for Ross. 

"Lieutenant. We found something'', says Sam.

"What did you find?'', 

Sam tells Ross that Zemo has a squad of men working for him and in 3 days plans to launch a virus to take over New York.

"So how does he plan to take over New York? Does he have guns on planes?''

"He said he'll use beams in each corner to trigger the virus. Zemo said something about a subject on his way and to finish the work Hydra left behind'', said Sam.

"It looks like Zemo might be pulling a threat in New York that could endanger the citizens. You guys might need more help than we thought'', said Ross.

"Ross we can do this. Barnes is a skilled assassin and I can find these beams. I don't know what they are or what corner they'll be but...''

"That's the thing, Zemo has corners, but we have to go all out and make sure this mission doesn't risk lives. You do know what happened after Thanos won right?''

"Look Ross. Sam can do it all. He found Zemo and you can depend on him. I know we'll do our best and you should trust us'', said Bucky.

"That's just it Barnes, I can't. Last time I depended on the Avengers with a grave mission, we came back 5 years later and that is too much. It costed us our great heroes and intelligence to fix the damage and look where we are, no Iron Man and no Steve Rogers''.

"We could do this. Steve believes in us, so why can't you'', says a hesitant Sam.

"Like I said before, you'll need help and there is no shame to ask for it Wilson. It will relax me and everyone if you got some help'' said Ross.

"Like who?" asks Sam.

"Like me!"

Across the hall, Sharon appears. 

"Sharon? Where have you been all these years?'' asks Sam.

"I've been under cover since the last time we met. Hunting down enemies and anything Hydra related. So what's the mission lieutenant Ross?''

"Sam and James found a lead in Zemo and he's planning to launch a threat in New York in 3 days. He might have someone dangerous working for him too''.

"A soldier of some sort''.

"Possibly''. 

"This definitely looks more serious than expected. Luckily, our new recruit can help us'' said Sharon. 

Sam annoyingly asks, ''Great more people?''

Walking towards them was a woman who appears to be short as a teenager. She had long, dark, curly hair and a red leather jacket with blue shorts that looked cut off. 

"Sam, Bucky. This is America Chavez, our new recruit. She'll be a part of the Young Avengers''.

''Her? She looks like she's 13. I don't think it will be safe for her on this mission'', says Sam.

"I'm a college student and 20 years old. Just because I'm short does not mean I can't kick your ass'' says an irritated America.

"She's got a temper. And why America? Either your parents love the US or they ran out of ideas'', Sam says sarcastically.

"I'm not from around here birdy. For your information, I know a lot about you. Sam Wilson formerly Falcon now Captain America. You were undercover for a long time and use mechanical wings to fly. Bucky Barnes, former assassin, Winter Soldier. Worked for Hydra for 70 years and was brainwashed to kill many people especially the Soviet leader''.

"Wow so we got Google in our team'', says a sarcastic Sam. 

"We need to focus on finding Zemo. Can we get along on this one mission guys'', says a concerned Sharon.

Sam and Bucky were ready to achieve this mission and even though it might be a lot of work, they must work with America Chavez.
