" Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. "

- Martin Luther King, Jr.

(Rouen, France, 8:00 PM)

Elder Carol Danvers and her Kree-Lizard son entered the room together after they went stargazing on the clear evening sky. They both sat on the bed as the elderly woman curiously waited for him to tell another story.

" I'm sorry, " the boy sadly said. " I should have told or written about it. "

" No, Kid. It's fine, " she gently rubbed his back. " It's just you and I have been preoccupied with your study time and all the household chores for several months. I think it's time for you to tell me about your story with Spider-Man. "

" You mean him? "

" Yes, go on..."

" Okay, " he nodded while the elderly half-Kree woman was willing to listen more.

(Several Years Ago: Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada)

The Kree-Lizard boy spent travelling alone from Vancouver to the farthest region which he was about to reach the Alaskan border. Seeing all the abandoned towns and cities, he sadly turned around and walked. The buildings and houses greeted him with absence of any people or animals. The boy entered those structures as he spent the day or night living for a while. Then, the next day he had set-off on his journey. The cold pine trees had waved their ferns on him along with the wind while travelling.

Days turned to weeks and months which loneliness and grieving had been his constant companions. The loss of his beloved Nancy Johnson was the most unforgettable memory which the boy witnessed. He couldn't stand to remember the day she had met her demise. The boy wanted justice for the young woman he had loved. While walking on the coastal road, the boy remembered those days when he and Nancy spent sight-seeing and talking together as they crossed the US-Canadian border. The boy grew his longing for love in times of grief, which he ended up crying every evening aside from having his constant nightmares.

Reaching another coastal city this morning, he ended up on a fishing port and saw some colorful houses. The boats remained floating, but abandoned. The boy was curious if someone was still living in those structures. He entered one of those houses and found nothing but scattered objects and glass on the floor.

" The evil Kree and the Lizards must have been intruding this place, " he thought. " I hope I could find somebody who still lives. "

The boy left the house where he had entered. Then, he proceeded into another and opened the door which it made a frightening sound. He went inside and saw a fisherman's corpse which it was rotting and stenching for days. He covered his mouth and quickly left the house. The boy couldn't stand to see another death which he had gone away.

Running away from the fishing port, he ended up tired and hungry. He ended up on the streets of Prince Rupert where he heard of exchanging gunshots around. The boy remembered Skoùro and Mar-Vell's instruction to stay away from any trouble. He quickly hid in the alley's garbage and waited for anyone to clear the road. It took more time for him to wait, however the sounds of umbrage were still present and haunting. Suddenly, he heard a loud explosion three blocks away from his position. The hybrid peeked from the opening. The unending war of the Kree-Lizard forces against some humans was noticeable. The Kree-Lizard hybrid boy was terrified to see what was going on.

" What on Earth?! " he anxiously muttered and turned around as he saw some blue skinned people shooting those humans. Then, he heard a loud thud beside him. It was a reptilian being who showed up to attack him. The boy got frightened to see the creature and ran away.
