" To be the father of a nation is a great honor, but to be the father of a family is a greater joy. "

The bearded blue-skinned man with cat ears felt apprehended as he took an empty bottle of red wine. He was ready to throw it to them. Carol approached him and gently held his hands. The man recognized and frowned at her and the other three.

" Hey, we're not gonna hurt you, " she calmly spoke. " We need answers. "

" What answers?! " he defiantly raised his voice and doubted. " You might give me problems instead. You know I have trust issues on people around here. "

" Well, old man. You don't need to worry about us, we're not the bad guys. Now, please explain on what you seen earlier then try talking with us, " Allen looked at the feline.

The Kree-Faunus man heavily sighed and placed the bottle on the floor. He crossed his arms and lifted his eyebrows. Carol and her companions waited for him to answer.

" So, you want talking, eh? " he shrugged. " Fine. In my dream, I saw a young man waking me up. I told him to prepare for breakfast, but he kept on shaking my body to get out of bed! "

Carol, Karena, and Jared exchanged glances as they understood what the old blue cat meant. Allen recalled and knew the conversation with the old half-Kree woman last night. Then, he also remembered the lizard boy who lived in the mansion in Rouen.

" We saw a young half lizard at a place doesn't sound that crazy, maybe? " the dark haired mercenary answered. " In fact, he has green humanoid pupils in his both eyes and a blue blood. Do they ring a bell to you? "

The Kree-Faunus man remained speechless as he couldn't believe in what he had heard. At first, he never wanted to believe, but he predicted it from long time ago and kept searching for the boy in years. He widened his eyes in shock and turned to Carol when she nodded at him.

" What? "

" Yes, he is at a hideout helping and defending it when we come looking for you. "

The man listened at the mercenary's words as he got astonished. He slowly stood up and brought some four chairs. The four took their seats as the old blue cat found his favorite seat. It was an old tattered black leather sofa which he found on the streets two days ago. He comfortably sat and leaned his back.

" Please have a seat..." he said. " Do you want anything else like something to drink or eat? "

" Merci beaucoup, monsieur, " Karena replied.

" Yeah, we're grateful for this one, " Jared nodded.

" Thanks..." Carol smiled. " We're fine. "

" It's been three years I have seen you, Carol. "

" Don't tell me you can read my mind, Methie. " she smiled and blushed.

" Well, we have a lot to talk about. "

" I take it, you and her worked together in her younger years? " Allen curiously asked.

" Well, I joined the rebel forces with her in my half-Faunus persona and then some years ago, " he explained. " Let me, introduce myself. I'm Methu-Selah. I go by aliases, Jean Meir Montmartre, Methuselah Belladonna, and such to keep my true identity and form. "
