Celeste P.O.V.

The sound of a door closing woke me up. I groggily opened my eyes and blinked a few times. I noticed a old woman coming out of what looked to be a bathroom. I sat up confused as to where I was until she spoke.

"How are you feeling miss Celeste?" She smiled and it was the sweetest smile I've ever seen. It was the type that relaxed you and brought comfort no matter the situation you're in.

"I'm feeling well rested but where am I?" I looked around and the room I was in had windows that went from the floor to the ceiling. The room was decorated in gray and silver tones. The bed was low but really comfortable and warm. It wasn't set up for someone to live in but for someone to stay for a while.

"You're home miss Celeste

"You're home miss Celeste. Mr. Hue carried you to your room and put you in bed his self. He told me to watch over you and make sure you have everything you need. Also, he wanted me to bring you to him once you've awakened and gotten dressed. There's fresh towels and a dress in the bathroom." She pointed to the door she just came out of and begin to walk out the room opening the door. "I'll be outside the door. When you're ready just step out and I'll take you to him."

"Alright, thank you..."

"You can call me Mrs. Smith." She smiled again.

I smiled back. "Thank you Mrs. Smith."

She nodded and walked out the room.

I got up and walked into the bathroom. I looked over myself in the mirror and saw I still had Ralph robe on. What happened in his apartment with Luke and I replayed in my head and I couldn't help but smile. It soon faded once I realized that he let me go. He was willing to fight for me when it came to Andrew and Donovan but when my father spoke to him in the hall he just gave up.

I didn't want him to get hurt or to hurt my father but he could've asked to come with us or something. Instead, he just looked down in defeat. As if, the ultimate prize he worked so hard for was gone already but I was standing right there. He didn't even look at me as we walked away. A part of me felt hurt. I wasn't going to leave him forever. I needed to be with my father and get close to him again but I didn't think he would just let me walk away that easily. He managed to keep me safe during the time I spent with him besides the car chase.

What my father said about giving me peace of mind and a home, where I'm safe and him not being able to provide it, made me wonder if he could. Even if he couldn't right now I know he'd find a way to make it... right?

I shook my head, took off the robe and got in a hot shower. I lathered up the sponge and washed all over my body. The smell of black raspberries and vanilla filled the bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner was also black raspberry scented and I was loving the smell. I washed my hair and once I was done I dried off and moisturized my body. The dress she put out was a sundress with spaghetti straps that were tied as the design. It was white and stopped right above my knees. It was cute and soft but the best part was that it had pockets. Deep pockets!
