The Hermit Hunt (Day 2 Of 5)

Day 2 started off to be basically the most normal of them all. So let's just skip to real stuff. The. Hermit. Hunt. This is a magical walk up a Hill to find the elejed "hermit" that lives up there, basically a man who is like an animal, can't speak English or really do anything that most people can do. You see, I had this weird feeling before we went on it, I mean it was at night and I didn't really want to go in the woods in the dark, but that wasn't it. It felt like something was going to happen. While we where making our way up the hill Jake told me I could hold his arm if I was scared. Basically I said okay with a smile and kept walking. About half way through we had to turn off our flashlights and walk a little farther, because the hermit would get scared and run away. While we where walking,I felt something grab my arm. It was only Jake, so I was okay. I kinda liked it. We where arm and arm, I thought that it was only him caring for me in the sence that I wouldn't get scared. When we reached the top of the hill and started watching for the hermit, everybody was silent. We where crunched down and looking around for him. After about 10 minutes we got up and left, some seeing him and some not, personally I didn't see him. Then, Jake. We where still arm and arm when I felt his hand go a little down, to my wrist. I thought really nothing of it and kept walking. Then he held my hand. I thought it was a mistake, hey, maybe he just fell a little and it slipped. I tilted my head up a little and saw him looking down at me, with a little smile on his face, then I knew that it was no acsadent. My heart was racing. So many thoughts where racing through my head, good and bad...
