Zenitsu quickly let go and looked at everyone who was facing them. "T-TA-TANJIROOooo" he hid behind him while Tanjiro tried to reach for his books. "Ev-Everyone saw!" He hicked.
Tanjiro stood up and smiled at Zenitsu. "It's ok, Zenitsu. Nothing bad is going to happen." Tanjiro patted Zenitsu's head and started walking away.
Zenitsu blushed and saw the male walking away. 'Tanjiro is my soulmate now...' He thought, opening his locker. He took out his books and quickly tried to catch up to Tanjiro. He looked left to right, trying to find him. Zenitsu shivered a bit due to everyone inside campus. "Tanjiro.. where are you" he whimpered quietly.
Tanjiro was beside the bathroom entrance, on his phone while he waited for the Bell to ring. Zenitsu quickly spotted him and jolted over to Tanjiro's location. "Tanjiro! Tanjiro! I have a question!" Zenitsu yelled across his location to Tanjiro's. Tanjiro looked up from his phone and saw the blonde again.
"Huh? Oh! Hello again Zenitsu. You had a question?" Tanjiro asked, tilting his head. Zenitsu grabbed Tanjiro's empty hand and looked at him with a soft expression "Would y-you like to go o-out some ti-time?" He asked, his voice cracking a bit.
Tanjiro blushed slightly and smiled. "You want to go on a date already?" Tanjiro asked, teasingly. Zenitsu quickly nodded, letting go of his hand. "No pressure, only if you would like to..." He murmured. Tanjiro put his phone away "I accept. You already have my number since the first week of school, I'll text you later today for any plans and when I'm available."
Zenitsu nodded, speechless. Tanjiro smiled before the bell rang. "I'll see you in period one, alright?" He lightly lifted Zenitsu's hand and lightly kissed it. "Be careful!" Tanjiro chirped. Zenitsu felt like fainting at that very second, his face was red, he was sweating a bit and he was trembling. 'WHAT DID I BRING MYSELF INTO?!?'
