Prologue
In the year of 1993, an association was created called The Empire. It started small in the coast of South Korea. As years go by, it got bigger.
The association's motto, To Protect.
The Empire has bodyguards and works with the army to help train soldiers. They have the Marines, the Naval base and the military. Since they're also working with the army, they specialise in spies too.
In order to get the spy, you have to go through multiple procedures and thorough background checks. You will also have to meet the head of the association in order to get a spy.
The Empire now also works worldwide. Since The Empire has been built, it has inspire several people to do the same. Associations such as The Phoenix and The Reds are competitors. However, The Empire stays on top with the updated technology, weapons and also highly trained soldiers.
The Empire was founded by Kim Jin-Kook and co-founded by his wife, Lee Jung-An. They then had two kids, Kim Jun-Myeon and Kim Chae-Won. The couple trained and educate both of their kids from a very young age. They became top notched soldiers, incredibly well known across the country. They also became the highest paid spies, they're always together, never apart.
However, when the two turned 18. The world changed. The Phoenix collapsed and has caused chaos in the country. Because The Phoenix had another association in Japan and Taiwan, everyone is at war.
South Korea don't look that pretty anymore. The sky high buildings has fallen, roads has been blown up, not much people are left in the country. Many fled by boat and many drowned, those who took the planes has been shot down— Millions has died.
As South Korea desperately tries to get back to what they once was, other countries go into chaos. The Empire has to stand and watch as disasters broke all around the world.
The day, 22nd October, The Phoenix has fallen and so did the world.
It has never been the same.
Vigilantes now rule the streets. They have more than you think.
A whole army would not be able to stop them. They must've planned this for years...
"Ever feel so powerless...?" Chae-Won stood at the top of the hill, "this might be our last days." She wipes the blood from her hands onto her shirt.
Jun-Myeon let out a sigh, "let's save the world at least."
