Miraculous: Tales of Canceled and Replaced

10 Years Later.

Scene: Rooftops of Paris. Ladybug stands on the ledge overlooking the school.

Ladybug: (She looks around.) I think she's gone...

Scene: Art room. Mr. Kurtzburg examines the easels that the students are painting on.

Annella: Come look at mine, Emma. (Emma walks over and examines the painting.)

Emma: Is that Mayura, the supervillain?

Annella: I know she was a terrible person, but her outfit was just so... perfect. (She sighs and smiles. Emma smiles at her smiling.)

Emma: Pretty morbid... but it'd look good on you. (She playfully nudges Annella's shoulder.)

Annella: So what did you paint? (Emma pulls out a small box.)

Emma: This is my jewelry box. I left all the jewelry at home though. This one's my favorite because I got it from you.

Annella: Aww. That makes me feel special.

Scene: Rooftop. Ladybug takes a deep breath as she looks at the miraculous box.

Chrysalis: (Now suddenly behind her.) It's poetic, me finding you here. (She looks at the box.) And with those. (She points to the miraculous.

Ladybug: These aren't yours. They're under my protection.

Chrysalis: An error I mean to fix right now. (She smiles before launching into an attack. Ladybug dodges her, and yo-yos onto a nearby building. Chrysalis continues to attack Ladybug, but can't seem to touch her.)

Scene: Art room. Lucas looks out the window.

Lucas: Holy shit! It's Ladybug!

Nikki: Ladybug? But she's been gone since superheroes became illegal! (The students all rush over to the window.)

Mr. Kurtzburg: Everyone, remain calm and stay in your seats. 

Annella: We should get this on camera.

Emma: Damn right we're getting this on camera! (Emma runs out of the art room.)

Mr. Kurtzburg: Emma! (Annella tries to run out the door as well, but Mr. Kurtzburg stops her.)

Scene: Le Rooftops. Chrysalis stops her pursuit.

Ladybug: I have more experience with this than you do, Hawk Moth.

Chrysalis: Don't compare me to that fashion disaster. I am Chrysalis, and you are going to give me the miraculous. Before I take them by force, Polka Dots. You can't win.

Ladybug: Watch me. (Ladybug uses her yo-yo to swing across a terrace and maneuvers in a way that makes it impossible for Chrysalis to stop her from snatching her miraculous. When Ladybug tries to grab it, Chrysalis disappears. Ladybug crashes onto the roof and rolls into the railing.) What the... (The real Chrysalis put hers boot on Ladybug so that she can't get up. Meanwhile Volpina picks up the Miracle Box and takes out the fox miraculous.)

Volpina: Well that was a bit too easy. Where's the fun in that.

Ladybug: Lucky-! (Chrysalis kicks her in the ribs.)

Chrysalis: The peacock?

Volpina: (She looks through the many holes until she finds it.) Accounted for. Can we go now? I have a shoot to get to.
