We landed in Dublin, Ireland after what seemed like a flight that lasted forever. We got off the plane to another mental airport full of camera flashes and screaming girls. Liam slipped his hand into mine as I hesitated to take another step and he whispered softly words that only I could hear.

“It will be okay.” He said and I took another step following the boys and the security guards to the outside of the airport. I looked down at the ground hoping that the pictures being taken wouldn’t get a good enough picture of my face. I didn’t want Jared to know I was on tour with the boys yet. Although, I knew if he saw Liam’s tweet that had my twitter name tagged in it he’d easily know where I was. We stepped outside to an oddly bright day where it wasn’t raining for the first time in a few days. We got into the car which would take us to the hotel which would be our only place to hide when the cameras were flashing and the fans were screaming.

It didn’t take long to get to the hotel which wasn’t very far from the hotel. I was informed I’d be rooming with my brother on the tour which I’d be perfectly fine with because if anything went wrong he’d immediately be there to help me. We were staying in the Westin Hotel in Dublin. It was very pretty. It had an old colonial feel on the outside but on the inside the building was big and modern. Josh brought me up to our room as soon as we got the room key and watch as my mouth dropped as I took in the room around me.

The room had two floors and two beds and many different sitting areas. The room looked like one fit for a queen and I couldn’t believe I’d be staying here. I jumped onto one of the queen sized beds sighing at how soft it felt.

“On a scale from one to ten how much do you love this room?” Josh asked jokingly as he walked into the room.

“Like a five thousand. Can we never leave?” I asked him.

“There will be a lot more hotels like this when you’re on tour with us.” He said sitting down next to me on the bed.

“Do you think this plan will work?” I asked sitting up from where I laid.

“It’s only going to work if you make it seem real. And if I think correctly I feel like Liam will be coming here soon to take you out.” He said just as I heard a knock on the door. “Told you.” He laughed and got up to open the door.

“Is Ashley here?” I heard Liam’s voice after Josh opened the door.

“No she left and went back to England. Of course she’s here. Come in.” Josh joked and they both walked into the room where I was still laying on the bed.

“Hello.” Liam said coming in the room and laying next to me on the bed. I was starring up at the ceiling and kept quiet at first. “What are you starring at?” He laughed.

     “The Ceiling.” I said vaguely.

“Why?” He laughed a  little which made me take my gaze off the high white ceiling and over at him.

“Because the bed is soft and there’s nothing else to stare at.” I laughed a little at my response.

“You could stare at me.” He winked.

“Okay okay. Brother in the room.” Josh said making me realize for the first time that he came in the room with Liam. “You two should go get your publicity for the night.” He nudged on.

“That’s actually why I came here.” Liam said turning to me. “Do you want to go out to dinner?” He asked me.

“Uhhhh. Yeah sure.” I said thinking the question over too much. I got up off the bed and followed Liam out of the room.

“I know a place you would like.” Liam said linking his hand into mine.

“Where is it?” I asked him interested in our plans for the night.

     “Pretty close.” He said vaguely.

“What’s it called?” I asked as we exited the elevator to flashing cameras and fans screaming.

“One Pico. Niall recommended it.” He said as we entered the busy streets from the safety of our hotel. We walked down the streets of Dublin with camera flashes surrounding us. We were the new ‘it’ couple and everyone wanted pictures of us. I could just imagine all these pictures hitting Twitter and Tumblr in less than an hour. What would the fans think of me? I simply just waltzed in here and started dating Liam with no prior knowledge of him and I knowing each other.

We got to the restaurant and sat down at a table. They put us more in the back so we wouldn’t be disturbed by fans or paparazzi.

“Are you excited to see our show tomorrow?” Liam asked. It would be the first One Direction concert I ever went to and the fans were sure to spot me out when I was standing there watching them. No matter how much security was by me they would still find me.

“I guess so. It will be weird to see all the fans though. They’ll be going crazy and I’ll be like what’s the big deal.” I said with a smile appearing on my face.

“It won’t be that weird. The only thing that will be weird is if the fans walk up to you and ask for a picture.” He joked.

“You know I’ll say no right?” I asked him raising my eyebrows.

“Be nice. They will give you a name in the press and then we will get noted for how you act. If they ask for a picture just smile behind the camera for them.” He advised.

     “But they’re crazy.” I whined.

“It doesn’t matter how out of control they are. Just smile and be nice.” He said taking my hand from across the table.

“Is there anything else I need to now before I date a celebrity?” I asked sarcastically.

“Yeah, don’t have any diva freak outs, promote the band and don’t be out of control in front of the press.” He said listing off a couple things I would need to know.

“So basically I should just not talk in front of reporters and if I do I should be like ‘go buy the album.’ You know I’m going to have problems being nice.” I joked.

“You’ll get used to being nice.” He said with a smile.

“I don’t think being nice is something you just get used to.” I said rolling my eyes.

“Come on Ash. This is the only way things will work. You have to pretend and make it seem real.” He said more seriously. “If the fans find out this isn’t a real relationship the band is screwed.” His tone was hushed and quiet.

“Fine. I’ll be nice and I won’t be bad in front of the press.” I said agreeing to the terms and conditions.
