Chapter 8: Capturing Hawkmoth

This is how the superhero duo captured Hawkmoth and bonded with Emilie! Secrets will be revealed!

Marinette's PoV
Chat Noir and I jump up along the roofs of Paris stealthily and see Lila as Hawkmoth. Then we see her jump into a burrow-like hole and we wait for a minute before jumping in too. "Chaton, you take the left side and I'll take the right side!"
He nods and we open the hatch door quietly.
"Well donne Lila Rossi. However these kids are too strong. They have each other. So I think we should aim for people that are weaker, such as... simple civilians. Not your classmates."
"Sure thing Hawkmoth. Wouldn't want your son to get in lots of trouble because of you..."
"I'm doing this for him. To bring his mother back safely."
"Mayura, I think you should return to yourself. The peacock Miraculous is in bad shape and so are you," Hawkmoth says. It's really dark and I can't see anything
Chat and I look at each other. We nod. Circling around, we see a flash of blue light and then the lights along us turn on and we pounce at them.
"How did they get in here?!"
"...Monsieur Agreste... Madame Nathalie...! It was you two?!" I exclaim as Chat's jaw dropped. Mon chaton...
Lila gasps and immediately slams the staff against the floor to make some gas escape and then she is gone.
Chat grabs the peacock miraculous and I call the police as I tie up the two supervillains.
"Do you have anything to say?" The policeman asks, Sabrina's father.
"I did it to save my wife! She is in some MAGICAL COMA!" Gabriel exclaims.
"What do we do?" We hear a policeman ask.
"Does Adrien have any relatives?" Another on asks.
"Well, maybe it would be best if he stays with a friend..."
"Wait!" I exclaim.
"Yes Ladybug?"
"I can bring his mother back."
"You can?"
"Yes..."
I run to the casket and open it. Chat sadly watches.
"Lucky charm!" And at that moment the ancient medical kit came. Since Master Fu had fixed the monk's temple, one came and taught me how to use all the ancient rituals. I do the ritual and place the peacock miraculous next to her, doing the same.
There is no movement. I let out a sigh of exasperation.
"What's...happening?" A voice says.
"Mo-'am, you've been in a magical coma for 2 years."
She looks at Gabriel.
"WHAT DID YOU DO?"
"I'm sorry my love..."
Nathalie sadly watches her angrily say, "our promise... was to make this world a better place for our son. How is doing something like this helping him? Where is my boy?"
I look at chaton who anxiously runs out. Then in comes mon chaton again, as Adrien, tears down his face.
"Dad? Mom?!"
Adrien hugs his mom, who cries, as tho she hadn't seen him for a lifetime, which is kinda true.
"Right, Monsieur Raincomprix? Have you heard of Lila Rossi?"
"Yes, she's a wonderful child!"
"No. She has stolen the butterfly miraculous and has ran away. She is a manipulative liar and there will, unfortunately, still be akumas."
He nods, "we will order a wanted bounty for her."
I nod as Nathalie and Gabriel are taken away.

It has been a week. My parents have met Emilie. Emilie and I are really close! We have a lot in common. And mom chaton was head over heels for our relationship.
"And look at my little boy dressed up as a cat on his 7th birthday!"
"Awww, Chloe is so adorable! Look at that! Luka is there too!"
I point at a blue haired boy, dressed up as a guitarist. Chloe was dressed up as a bee. She was pouting whilst looking at Luka who smiles cheekily.
"Aw, mom! Seriously?"
I giggle as Adrien walks in and kisses my cheek.
"Wait, Adrien! Do you remember this girl?"
He looks at a picture which was him with a blue haired girl.
"Wait, that's... ME?!"
Adrien gasps, "oh my gosh! It is you! I think I called you-"
"Little lady!" I giggle, "who would've thought that you would still call me that, without even knowing it was me!"
Emilie laughs, "you two were so adorable. I remember me and Gabriel had taken Adrien to the park when he fell and cut his knee. You had a little ladybug plaster!"
I laugh at the irony and then Emilie states, "actually! I had my camcorder that day!" Then she climbs a ladder and grabs a box.
Pulling out a tape she plays it on the tape player and skips to an adorable scenery.

"Maman! This is Ma-Mari-Little Lady!"

I giggle with my child self and Adrien chuckles as he cuddles me.

"Hewwo!" My little self looks at Mr Agreste, who was designing outfits.
"Wow! Dose are COOL!"
"This is my daddy! He's a passion designer!"
"Fashion darling, fashion," Emilie says.
Little Adrien drags my little self away.
"Ah!" He had slipped. Just then I pulled out a ladybug plaster before Emilie could run over.
"...honey?"
"Yes?"
"I want that girl to be my daughter-in-law."

We blush and Emilie laughs, "who would've thought?"
"Well... in the future, definitely..."

"Little lady! Will you mawwy me?" Little Adrien kisses little me's hand.
"You're wike cat! Can I call you mon chaton?"

We laugh harder. Emilie confusedly tilts her head.
We look at each other and nod, "we have something to tell you."
She nods and pause on me and Adrien doing a pinky promise.
"Ma'am, well, me and Adrien... we're Ladybug and Chat Noir."
"...I know..."
"WHAT?!"
"Well it's quite obvious. Mon chaton, little lady?" She giggles, "you two are made for each other!"
We laugh.
"Anyways, come on Adrien, Marinette, we are going to go visit your father."
"What? Why?" Adrien asks.
"Because I said so."
Adrien and I go up to his room and he sighs as he gets ready.
"Chaton, you can't just cut him off!"
"Why not?"
"ADRIEN!" I exclaim, shocked he would say that.
"Chaton, he did it for you! And for your mom! And although he's in jail, you are still his son and he is your dad!"

They arrive at the jail.
"Hello father."
"Adrien. Emilie."
"YOU WENT TOO FAR!" Emilie cries.
I watch Gabriel sadly apologises, "Emilie-"
"NO! LISTEN TO ME MISTER, HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ADRIEN?! I MEAN, HE GAS A WONDERFUL GIRLFRIEND BUT I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO PARIS!"
...
"Now, talk."
"I am really sorry my dear. I was desperate to get you back. I know it's not an excuse."
"It's not," Adrien says, "but... if that happened to my lady... I would do the same... I would be desperate to bring her back..."
I sigh and smile.
"Father. Where is Nathalie?"
"She's here somewhere. They won't let me see her that often."
"Oh..."
"She's fine..."
"Ok..."
I smile and watch them talk to him.
